A solid option in a great location
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to many restaurants and places to visit.

Cons:

The rooms are in need of a bit of paint and some of the furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced.
Not all the staff from the reception spoke English.

dans ce pays en guerre les habitants sont extraordinaires et nous recoivent chaleureusement
Pros:

La situation, la propreté des chambres, et surtout l'acceuil qui nous a été réservé.
Il y a eu un souci avec Booking qui à annulé notre taxi et nous avons été trés mal reçu à 3 heures du matin à l'aéroport.
Les équipes de l'hotel ont pris la chose au sérieux et ont compensé la gène occasionée.
Tout ceci avec une sympathie qui encourage à revenir au herods.

Cons:

Booking nous à fait démarer le vacances avec une trés mauvaise surprise car le taxi avait été annulé. L'acceuil de la personne qui traville pour Booking a été des plus froids, pour ne pas dire extrèmement désagraéble.
Alors que l'avion devait aterrir à 2h du matin, nous avons fini par arriver à l'hotel à 4h15.
Pour le compte, nous ne conseillerons certainement plus booking.
J'ai tenté de joindre booking le soir même, et à plusiers reprise ensuite. Au mieux j'ai obtenu une réponse dans un angalis incompréhensible m'indiquant que ce service ne pouvait rien faire.
Si le personel dévoué et professionel du herods ne s'était pas chargé de résoudre le problème, il est clair que nos vacances auraient été moins sympathiques.
Bref, que ce soit en ligne, au téléphonne ou physiquement, le service Booking est clairement déplorable
