Morgenmad ikke imponerende og slet ikke 5-stjernet.

Tæt på supermarked, stor (men gammel fitness)

Cons:

Morgenmaden levede desværre ikke op til 5-stjernet hotel niveau. Kaffen var middelmådig, frugterne få og uden smag, æg præserveret i en stor bradepande som i en bistro. Tjeneren er fokuseret på få bord.

Ved forsøg x flere for at kontakte Guest Manager Beatriz, svarede hun langt, udenom og henviste til den ringe kvalitet til “at hotellet var fuldbooket”. Ingen reel undskyldning.

Er man til god, 5-stjernet morgenmad skal kan Ikke spise her. Det svarer til en skandinavisk 2-stjernet hotel.

Muita simpatia, bom pequeno almoço
Pros:

Simpatia dos funcionários, disponibilizaram-se para trocar o carro de parque para ficar no parque do Hotel. Muito conveniente. A oferta do welcome drink no roof top também foi muito agradável.

Do ar condicionado que não funcionava mesmo com a janela fechada , do queijo fresco do pequeno almoço que estava totalmente rijo e azedo , sou bastante apreciador deste tipo de queijo e realmente é uma pena este pormenor ,de resto estava tudo impecável , parabéns a toda a equipa

Not in hustle and bustle of city - a good thing!!
Pros:

Phenomenal staff. Best customer service ever from check in to check out and throughout stay. Rooftop bar gives amazing views over a lovely city

Cons:

Just a little way out from centre (10 minute Uber drive as I have mobility issues so not hotel’s fault) but totally worth it.
