Amazing experience and perfect way to to spend our anniversary. 15 minute walk from the river, but the hotel itself was amazing and really in the middle of everything

Les chambres, la première que nous avons eu la moquette était très salle et le mobilier ne sentait pas bon.

The bar at the top of the hotel was lovely, we enjoyed the complementary cocktail. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and great service for coffee and teas.
The room was spacious and clean
The seal around the bath was a bit grimy and looked dirty, really it could just be revealed and would look better
La ubicación es perfecta y el personal muy amable.
Un detalle q no nos gustó fue q al entregar a la 1 y dejar el coche en el parking, aún contratando 4 días a la cantidad de 20 euros por día, se nos cobra 4 ,60 € por q el inicio de la estancia es a las 3h. Es un importe insignificante pero no deja de ser un feo detalle para un hotel de esta categoría.
The hotel is very moden and clearn , service is very good, with delicios breakfast , good location and only 15 min to the old town and old bridge by car .

Quarto horrível , ar condicionado não funciona, para 5 estrelas muito decepcionante. Ao entrar no quarto tinha cheiro a esgoto, o autoclismo ficou nas mãos que tivemos de voltar a pôr (parece que os quartos estão a precisar de grandes upgrades para ser considerado 5 estrelas. Ficamos uma noite e uns dias depois tínhamos marcado mais 3 noites, acabamos por cancelar devido a ter sido muito mau. Já quando chegámos tinha pessoas na receção a reclamar.
Pequeno almoço overcrowded, pouco espaçamento, muita confusão...
Não recomendo. Acabamos por ficar num de 4* muito melhor.
