La atención es fantástica. Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con la puerta de la habitación pero nos dieron solución muy rápido.

Cons:

Los de la habitación de al lado pusieron una alarmar y se escuchó perfectamente en nuestra habitación, pero por lo demás, ni un ruido.

Simpatica para um Hotel de 3 estrelas, mediocre para um hotel de 5 estrelas

Quarto pequeno
Pequeno Almoço - Não tomei o pequeno almoço, reservei o quarto através do Booking e enganei-me marquei sem pequeno almoço, falei com a bocking e com o Hotel e o hotel apenas me apresentou o preço stander, ou a hipotese de desmarcar o quarto, hipoteses que me levaria a perder todo o dinheiro dado que marquei sem desmarcação. 50 € para um pequeno almoço de duas pessoas para quem tinha ficado no hotel, não me parece aceitável?
Os elevadores - o tempo de espera para os elavadores foi inacreditável .
Check -out - pedi check out late, que muito simpaticamente me aceitaram, mas acabei por não ficar para além do meio dia.
às 11:30h de um sábado quando saí do elevador para fazer o check out, dou com uma fila de 6 clientes à minha frente, razão, apenas 1 colaborador nesse serviço - inaceitavel para este perido da manhã num hotel de 5 Estrelas.
Desloco-me muitas vezes em trabalho ao Porto, ficando ou no Sheraton ou no Crown Plaza, desta vez numa visita mais familiar testei o vosso hotel por recomendaçãp de um colega de trabalho, provavelmente não vou repetir

We kregen niet de kamers dir wr geboekt hadden. Oude filterkoffie bij het ontbijt. Eigen restaurant op topfloor gebruikte geen verse producten.
