Just had a fantastic stay at The Kimpton. The staff here can’t help enough and the rooms are clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. We liked the decor and the boutique feel. Nice touch to have an hour with a selection of free drinks for guests.
On the whole we had a great positive stay with the only negatives being - the corridors are noisy so can make getting to sleep difficult when other guests are returning to rooms and we would have like the Garden room to stay open later so giving more food options at dinner. That said Edinburgh is a place to eat and drink with some excellent restaurants
We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton Charlotte Square.
Our room was spacious, super clean and well-stocked with toiletries, water and snacks. There were also robes and slippers for us to use; the robes were particularly useful when using the pool.
Breakfast was included in our package. The food was tasty, freshly cooked and replenished regularly throughout service. We could also order from the a la carte menu if we wished - the porridge is delicious by the way!
There is a complimentary happy hour in The Garden part of the bar which is a treat!
We used the bar a few times of an evening. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly bar staff. They have a 'signature' cocktail menu but were very happy to mix a Mojito for me and will make other classic cocktails on request.
All of the staff we met were welcoming, friendly and happy to help.
The hotel itself is less than a ten minute walk from the tram stop and close to all the amenities and attractions that Edinburgh City Centre has to offer.
We cannot fault the time we spent at the Kimpton and are looking forward to returning in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton in Edinburgh. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service truly made the experience special. A special thank you to Raquel and Gavin who went above and beyond to make the stay so memorable, warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout. Would absolutely stay again!
Our room was a suite and was lovely. Everything about the room made it perfect to come to after a long day of walking around the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing,--even the hair dryer was exceptional.
More Tunnock's Tea Cakes at bed time. LOL!

Televizyon arkası yatak altı otel açıldığından beri temizlenmemiş . Küvette duş almak eziyet oldu . El duşu çalışmıyor . Lavabo küçücük . Kısacası verdiğiniz paraya kesinlikle değmeyecek bir otel .

Kimpton Charlotte Square is quiet luxury; refined, elegant, and polished. Majik greeted my husband and me with an incredibly warm welcome and an unforgettable stay. We had a suite with a high dome-shaped ceiling, big windows overlooking the park across the street, and a generous space to spread out, thoughtfully laid out to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We loved the little treats left bedside with the turndown service. Social hour at The Garden for the guests was a nice touch. Raghda, guest relations manager, stopped by our table to chat with us and make sure everything was going well. Hospitality is truly at its finest at Kimpton Charlotte Square; staff and housekeeping made all the difference to elevate the experience of an already notable property. Thank you and hope to see you again!

The hotel is beautiful and in the most wonderful location
The hotel staff was friendly, helpful (in particular Cameron) and efficient at getting us checked in and our vehicle parked in a very busy area. Room was a good size and was well kept during our stay.
