An amazing experience!!!
Pros:

Everything and everybody were absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after! The daily breakfast buffet was delicious and we had so much fun enjoying the outdoor pool and a hot tub! We loved everything about our hotel!!!!

Kind welcoming and they check in to make sure you’re getting everything that you need.
Pros:

Air conditioner in the room works fantastic and it’s always clean here. They’re always cleaning the carpets and that’s much appreciated. BEVZ at the front desk is amazing, such hospitality!

The facility was clean and the breakfast was perfect. Not a crazy amount of options but there were plenty to pick from. Location was perfect, I was here for Disney and it’s a 4 minute drive to the parking lot. Makes it easy to rope drop if that’s what you’re I interested in

Cons:

One of the women at the front desk was sick and coughing in her hands. Proceeded to hand me and my girlfriend our room keys with sanitizing and she seemed uninterested in our presence at all. Eyes were glued to her phone. Not to mention she had mixed up our reservation with another guest and had already charged us for THEIR rooms deposit. Made things complicated. At the end of the day, if your check in goes smoothly, it’s a great place to stay.

Always a great stay!!
Pros:

We stay here often and always have a great experience the staff is always welcoming and helpful (especially Bevz - she’s the best!). This is a great hotel if going to Disneyland but also great for business, or any other reason. Breakfast and the other amenities are always top-notch. We highly recommend staying here!

Out-of-this-World Service from Bevz-A True Superstar!
Pros:

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Garden Grove for our trip to Disneyland, specifically for Star Wars Nite. While the park was incredible, the standout of our entire stay was Bevz at the front desk. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly goes out of her way to make every guest feel special.
Shortly after checking in, I went down to the desk to ask a question and was shocked when Bevz greeted me by my last name immediately. The next day, after returning from a long day at the park, she greeted us as "Mr. and Mrs. Shaver" the moment we walked in. When I asked how she could possibly remember us with so many people passing through for the event, she simply said she makes a point to remember names so she can provide amazing service and make guests feel special-because they are!
Bevz's level of care is rare. If she isn't a manager yet, I hope the General Manager, Mike Domingo, sees this and gets her into a leadership program. She is a massive asset to this hotel and truly made our galactic adventure one to remember

Very nice hotel with great location. Quiet area and shuttle service is a definite plus.
Pros:

We always stay here because they offered shuttle service to and from Disneyland makes it very easy to come and go!! Sad to hear that they no longer have shuttle services.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.
