Pretty much everything
To far from the beach
The rooms were great. The restaurant was inconsistent as we asked for coffee one morning and they wouldn't give it to us. But while we were having our breakfast, they gave coffee to go to a patron.
See above. The tiki bar was not open late enough, but it was a great experience. And we loved the drinks!! We also enjoyed sitting outside when the weather permitted. It's very comfortable.
I didn’t like it at all. And neither did my grandkids. Says kid friendly that’s why I picked it. Had little flies in our bathroom the entire time. Dead bug of some sort underneath the bed. (Kids see everything) the room smelled funny. These things were brought to the attention of the front desk when I checked out a day early and took a loss in many ways.
Like I said up there I did not like the place at all.

A very lovely place. Rooms were lovely but uncomfortable and loud.
Doors did not keep noise out and for some reason people tended to congregate out in the halls.
The Resort greeted us with enthusiasm and generosity. The staff is Great and Managment leads the way. Now the food & service EXCELLENT !!!
That the two buildings were not connected....
This is one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at.
The location was perfect. The staff are amazing and always helpful. The accommodations were great. The bed was extremely comfortable the room was very clean. The restaurant and bar inside the lobby was perfect for the evenings we wanted to stay in and the pool and tiki bar was great.

Dogs barking next door. We got a room with a connecting door next to a group with very nervous dogs. Lots of barking when ever we walked in our room.
Staff were friendly.
Floors in our room were dirty. The property is not a resort by any stretch of the imagination.
Very noisy person in room next to us and when we told.front desk about it they were of no help. My room did not get cleaned daily like they said. I had to empty trash and get fresh towels.etc. from house keeping.
