Everything was very good
The access to the pool and beach is why we came.
The room was damp and it smelled because of the damp conditions. The air conditioner made it very cold so there wasn't a happy medium to be achieved. We actually squished on the ceramic wood tiled floors when wearing sneakers. The toilets are too low and the bathroom space is way too small. When you have four people in the room it is not easy to store toiletries there.
The property was beautiful. There were outdoor and indoor gathering spaces. There was a store and restaurant in the lobby area. We really enjoyed just hanging out.

I like how close to the beach and pool it is, and its not out of the way of everything else to do thats offered in the area. It is close to all amenities and stores you may need
The only complaint I have is that some of our pillows seemed worn out and weren't very comfortable. They were flat and some were became flat once you laid on them. I will bring my own pillows next time.

One thing I can not understand. We booked a room with a balcony because we do smoke. No were did it say it was smoke free. The issue we had was all the dogs. Some people are highly allergic to dogs.There is no way that you will get the dog smell or the dander out from the carpet or beds even if you steam clean the room afterwards, which is highly unlikely. Yet it is a $250.00 fine of you smoke on the balcony!!!

Had mold in the room and the carpet was wet went done to the desk and they asked me to send in pic to an email they did change our room but after my wife woke up Sunday she was sick so we had to leave

The room was fine, but the bathroom was too small. Not much vanity space.

For a resort there was nothing there to do almost all hotels have pools and a fitness center these were the only amenities and there was nothing for kids
