Great stay, but ensure nothing is left behind! .
Pros:

It was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and friendly while we were there. Nice pools.

Cons:

We hung our swimwear to dry on the drying rack in the shower, when we left we forgot to take the swimwear, I rung the hotel within 24 hours of checkout so we could collect them and were told they weren’t there…. Which is disappointing, my fault for leaving them on the rack but I would have thought personal property wouldn’t be thrown out so quickly, at least a call or email to let you know it was left behind out of courtesy before discarding. Expensive mistake for me.

Excellent hospitality
Pros:

Immediately upon arriving, Kontesa, behind the front desk was incredibly accommodating. We had several issues trying to pay for our room and not only was she extremely patient with us, but also incredibly helpful. 10/10 hospitality and service.

10/10 Service - Kaley (Overnight)
Pros:

My sister and I were caught in the storm on the evening of 4/25-4/26 driving from fort worth back to Dallas. Although there were no rooms available, Kaley was so generous to let us stay in the lobby/under the porte cochere until we felt safe enough to keep driving, which ended up being almost two hours . He was such a reassuring, friendly presence in the midst of the madness of the night. He truly did everything he could to make sure we were comfortable and safe while the storm passed through. Please recognize him for his genuine care of others and amazing service!
