Great staff
Pros:

Though Booking.com had let me book a suite that they no longer have the staff bent over backwards to help sort this SNAFU out and sorted out a room for us and gave us discount due to the mess up.

Great stay, good value
Pros:

The property was perfect for what we needed. The room was large and spacious, there was free parking on site and the staff were very helpful. Booking.com had not sent the relevant message informing the property that we had already paid so the hotel charged us again. Once the mistake was discovered the staff were helpful and very quickly refunded. Breakfast was provided in the morning, a good range of options.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a bit dated. The property is a walk away from downtown but the immediate area itself is a bit sketchy.

Room was a tad dirty (some hairs on the shower wall), and the room was dark because there was no "big light" other than the little entryway

Maybe not a good choice for young family

Price was fair.

Downtown is convenient to walk instead of drive.

Lots of parking.

Cons:

Downtown is pretty shady these days. Tried to take my toddler to the park, lot more homeless then feels safe to be going for a leisure stroll. I'm assuming there homeless problem is also the reason the doors are locked even in the daytime and you need to ring the door to get let in.

Room was updated but the bathroom could use some minor repairs as the bath surround was separated from the tub.

Bed was uncomfortable, mattress had little support and a big sunken area.

Breakfast was bread, cereal and waffles. I like the make your own waffles but there was no fruit or anything else.

Great value, friendly and accommodating staff! Would stay again!
Pros:

Clean rooms and common areas. Great value and staff very friendly and accommodating! Loved that the included breakfast was available until 10:30am as most hotels only offer until 8 or 9 am.

Cons:

The only thing that I would suggest is trying to accommodate your plus size guests with a few chairs in the breakfast area, that are just a little wider or without arm rest. Found that the arm rests on the chairs didn’t make for a comfortable fit.

In downtown. All the downtown store are across the street.
Price was great you get u money worth..
Very friendly staff
Breakfast was included

Cons:

Building is old but nothing that staff can do.
No complaints because of the price, it enough for the price compare to any other place I saw.
Breakfast options are just okay.

Preis/Leistung unschlagbar, sauberes Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem nachts total ruhig. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, wird nachts abgesperrt. Grosses Zimmer, sauberes Badezimmer und Bett. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach, doch für den Übernachtungspreis mehr als in Ordnung.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus und Ausstattung, der Frühstückssaal zweckmässig, jedoch ohne Charme, altes Mobiliar.
