Totally enjoyed my stay here
Pros:

First of all, the owner Miro was so friendly he even gave us a free ride to a restaurant nearby. And even offered to pick us up after dinner. As the roads are upslope , this was a big thing for us. The breakfast here was superb and the view in the balcony was really worth it. The room also looked classy.

Cons:

The shampoo bottles are not strongly attached to the wall that they fell multiple times. We also think that the soundproofing of the room was not that great. My friend was playing music as he was editing a video. It was in medium volume. But someone knocked our door and told us to be quiet. I am sensitive with the noise too but I felt like the volume of the music was not too loud.

Beautiful views and good breakfast, but some service and facility issues

The girls working at the hotel were generally nice and polite. The breakfast provided was delicious. The absolute highlight was the balcony—the view of the mountains from there was really beautiful! We traveled as a group of friends for a wedding, and the location served us wel

There were a few things that negatively impacted our stay. First, there was no light on our balcony. When I asked a staff member to fix it or look into it, she simply said "that's how it is" and walked away from me, which felt quite dismissive. Second, the water pressure in the showers was very weak. Lastly, regarding the payment: when we arrived, we wanted to pay with a credit card, but we were told it was "cash only". Booking.com explicitly states that credit cards are accepted at this property, so this was an inconvenient surprise and should be updated.

Отличный и уютный отель, с панорамным видом на горный храм и величественный Казбек. Приветливые хозяева, приятная атмосфера и стиль полностью соответствует наименованию. Нам понравилось!

Cons:

В непогоду хочется пол потеплее, зато спится хорошо и не душно. В ванной хотелось бы полотенцесушитель в привычном понимании, правда, может не поняли, как работает и честно не спрашивали.
