Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, making us feel right at home.

Pros:

Por encima de todo, el personal. Tuve un desgraciado accidente en mi habitación y me acompañó al centro de salud a altas horas de la madrugada, haciendome de apoyo y traduciendo, asi como me preguntó días posteriores por mi estado. Trato completamente familiar y desde aqui aprovechar para agradecer de nuevo este apoyo. Si quereis un alojamiento familiar donde os traten bien, este es sin duda vuestra opción.

Room for improvement
Pros:

Locatie in het centrum, mooie view, maar niet zo als op de foto’s. Wifi stabiel.

Cons:

Vriendelijkheid van personeel, kamer werd niet opgeruimd tijdens verblijf, ontbijt was enkel beschikbaar vanaf 9u wat vervelend is als je op tojd aan een hike wil beginnen, er waren wat mankementen in de kamer die zogezegd opgelost zouden worden maar waar niets aan gebeurde.

A perfect experience in every way. Warm hospitality from the heart, breathtaking views, high-quality
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and we recommend it wholeheartedly.

We would like to give a special thank you to the owner of the hotel, Sophie, who is an amazing, warm and exceptionally caring woman. After we left Kazbegi we discovered that our little son had forgotten his mobile phone in one of the hotel rooms. Since we were no longer in Kazbegi and had not returned to Tbilisi, we thought we would not be able to get it back.

Sophie simply went out of her way to help us. She traveled especially to Tbilisi to give the phone to our friend, who would pass it on to us later. Throughout the whole process she made sure to keep us updated and make sure that the phone would indeed be returned to us safely. This amazing gesture warmed our hearts and reminded us that there are still kind-hearted, caring and generous people like Sophie. We will never forget the help and treatment we received from her.

Beyond that, the hotel itself is excellent – ​​the location is great, only about 10 minutes walk from the town center, which allows you to enjoy peace and quiet while being accessible to all the attractions. The view is stunning, the rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained, and the entire hotel is designed and maintained to a very high standard. The food was excellent, high quality and delicious, and there is also private and convenient parking for your car.

We highly recommend this hotel – not only for the location, the view, the rooms and the food, but mainly for Sophie’s personal approach and huge heart. If we return to the area, there is no doubt that we will choose to stay here again.

Very easy and comfortable short stay in the mountains,
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms, set in a great location with a nice view. Easy access and parking and didn’t feel crowded

Cons:

Toilets could’ve been a little better stocked, and were probably in need of an referb. Whilst the staff were very friendly and responsive, it sometimes hard to locate the staff and the check-in desk was vacant for the majority of our stay.
