W skrócie mogę powiedzieć, że jest to cudowne miejsce. Przy kolejnym pobycie w tej miejscowości myślę , że ponownie wybrałabym ten hotel. Obsługa zna język angielski, co jest dużym plusem. Jest czysto, a widoki są onieśmielające. Można siedzieć na balkonie godzinami i podziwiać otoczenie. Lokalizacja dość dobra, wystarczył krótki spacer, by dotrzeć do głównej uliczki, gdzie były sklepy i restauracje. Śniadania obfite, duży wybór. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i nie będzie głodny. W ciągu pobytu w Gruzji byliśmy w pięciu hotelach z czego ten uważam za najlepszy.

We enjoyed the location and cozy atmosphere. The views from the room were a real highlight, and breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options. Parking is available, and there are some great authentic restaurants nearby — Lunch by Maia is especially recommended.

Cons:

The property is not as shown in the Booking.com photos, and overall it feels overpriced for what is offered in this kind of mountain area. The rooms are basic, the furniture is low quality, beds are uncomfortable, and essential amenities such as a mirror and mini-fridge are missing. (Also no tissue box in room or bed side lamp, the main roof lights were not working, only side wall).

Communication was also difficult as reception does not speak English, which made simple requests challenging. At times during breakfast service, the staff member appeared visibly tense and seemed to get frustrated, including talking to herself while managing guests.
She seemed to be running the hotel on her own, so despite really trying to be helpful, it’s clear that she was overwhelmed.

We also experienced inconvenience with payment, as the card machine was not working despite being advertised as available on booking.com and on the reception area.

Schönes Hotel am Berghang mit exzellenten Frühstück
Pros:

Ich hatte modernes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war exzellent und auch die Aussicht auf die Berge, Ibs. auch die Dreifaltigkeitskirche. Nicht weit von der Unterkunft startet ein schöner Weg zum Kloster Elias.

Wir haben eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Gergeti Kirche und den Berg Kazbek waren gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Gastgeber waren nett. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Colazione decente e camera pulita, il bagno aveva una buona dimensione

Accolti dallo staff che stava guardando un film sul divano mentre mangiava pop corn, parlava poco/nulla l'inglese e sebbene ci fosse il cartello che si poteva pagare con la carta ci ha mandato in città a cambiare i soldi (città in cui non c'era una banca per prelevare)

Чистый отель с прекрасным видом на Казбек. Большой номер с балконом, в номере есть все необходимое. Вполне хороший завтрак, голодным точно не останетесь.

Cons:

Посещали отель в первой половине мая,хоть днем на улице было достаточно тепло, в номере под вечер очень холодно, в дождливые дни было холодно даже в одежде, отопление не включали пока не попросили, хотя до этого в отелях Кутаиси и Тбилиси при более теплой температуре воздуха отопление было включено постоянно. Ввиду холода в номере сыро, одежда и белье после горных прогулок плохо сохнет. В душе нет ни шторки, ни двери на кабине, как ни пытались, все равно вся комната после душа в воде+ сырость и холодный пол, насморк вам обеспечен.

Pros:

Хороший небольшой семейный отель! Останавливались на одну ночь передохнуть. Очень гостеприимные и радушные хозяйства! Были с ребенком 1.5 года, у ребенка случилась истерика видимо устала в дороге, хозяева переживали, спрашивали, как она себя чувствует, развлекали ее. Спасибо это очень приятно и ценно!
Хороший завтрак, красивый вид.
