It was not the worst place, but I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Room was spacious. Red seat and dining area was comfy. Items provided in kitchen appeared well functioning and clean. TV worked well with all channels. Handy to have washing machine and drier facilities.

Cons:

Hallway had a terrible smell. Room felt damp and had a wet / musty smell. We couldn't see out of the windows due to condensation 24/7. Requested a clean blanket (one provided in bedroom was filthy) to place over couch in lounge which had thin and threadbare seat cushions. Took 4 days to get a response and they dropped off a quilt not a blanket. Everything including bathroom was pretty grubby and tired. Shower was over a bath which is not was what was requested. Having re-read the reviews, it seems that some of these things have been issues for months and remain unresolved.

Cons:

The shower head wouldn’t stay in its holder so you couldn’t shower with out holding the head. The aircon couldn’t be used in one of the bedrooms due to the smell and humidity coming out of it.

Well located and appointed room in a great location, but unfortunately let down by the smell.
Pros:

Rooms are large and well appointed. Location is very central and convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately the whole building smells. It smelt like a kennel that has been cleaned, but the smell is still there.

Quite disappointed
Cons:

Took ages to get served at reception. Air conditioning unit in the room had no cooling mode and was held together with duct tape. Weird smell in the room. Bathroom very outdated, water kept going cold during shower. Heated pool was not heated at all

Pros:

The staff were welcoming and friendly

Cons:

The rooms were disgusting and not clean. We sat on beach towels on the couches because we felt that dirty. ‘Heated pool’ not heated and totally dissapointing, tiny and the gym was shuved right beside the tiny inclosed pool area. Yuck. Won’t be staying again. Also all through the night there a big noise that sounded like pressure being released or

Good location, room are ok. Customer service could be improved
Pros:

Convenient and easy check in, good bed size.

Cons:

The room was clean, but the sofa felt old and not very clean, and some of the sealant around the kitchenette (near the fridge) was worn.

The biggest disappointment was the service. After an unexpected flight change, we asked to remove one night from our booking. The hotel refused to handle the change and told us to contact Booking.com, while Booking.com said this was normally the hotel’s responsibility. We spent 3–4 hours between reception and Booking.com support with no resolution. The staff also promised to call us with an update but never did.
