The washer in the room needs updating as it stained my clothes
The hob and microwave in the room also need updating as they struggled to be warm

The gym was not a gym just theee kettle bells and a bit of cardio next to the pool
Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Mooie grote kamer met ruime leefruimte. Ook fijn dat er een keuken met kookgerei beschikbaar was. En er was een was machine en een droger.

The location is why come back every.The beds were comfy and sheets were clean and it‘s ok for a quick trip with the kids in tow. Kids loved the pool upstairs.
It‘s very dated and really could do with some TLC. It can get quite noisy.

Not much, location was ok, but was rough and to scared to go out at night
The whole hotel smelt. We booked two apartments, my room and my friends room smelt musty, horrible smell coming from toilet and drains, also from the washing machine in the cupboard. My friend had to change rooms, her apartment carpet was very wet and smelt like wet dogs, had to put your hand over your mouth to even try and breath. Other rooms not much better, also smelt musty, but at least we didn’t have to put our hand over our mouth, but left our balcony door open, every chance we had. Rooms were not very clean, very dusty, balcony door broken, when locked there was a big gap, reported this to reception, said they would fix it, but never did. Stayed for a week, had to ask for my room to be cleaned, take our rubbish and get fresh towels, got done the day before we left. Would not recommend this hotel. Save your money and your health, go elsewhere.
Location was good
Had to be moved from first room, it had a terrible smell from wet carpet that almost made me sick, second room, wasn’t much better one shower had no pressure, that there is no way you could even have a shower in it, also the shower gel bottle was empty. Second shower had lots of hair in the drain, kitchen table also had hair on it and had dirty marks on it. Carpet had stains all over it. Elevators were cleaned with bleach which transferred onto a top and bleached the jacket. I put a complaint in, I’ve had hardly no communication from managers finally got an email apology but that’s it, not even offering to be reimbursed for the top, when I said this was not good enough, they said they will get back to me, surprise, surprise, no one has!!!! however the ladies in the mornings and during the day at he front desk in the foyer were very lovely and and helpful.
The beds were comfy
The decor was very dated. The furniture was worn and there were stains on the carpet, sofa, curtains and lampshades. We also booked this hotel purely for the indoor heated pool that it described however on our arrival this was not an indoor pool but a pool with a canopy roof so the pool area was very cold in the winter months. The water was also absolutely freezing. My children love cold water swimming however this was like going in a bath of ice. I complained to the reception however they claimed the heater had broken the day before and the maintenance would be there soon to fix this. We were not informed about this on check in and for the price we paid I would have expected to have had use of a heated pool as described. The gym was also poor. Next to the swimming pool and only a couple of machines. The lighting in the pool area was also very poor so not great if you like to see what you are doing in your workout or in the pool! Def would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be back!
