Pros:

Ci hanno dato una camera migliore rispetto alla prenotazione, il personale è molto gentile, camera molto graziosa, spaziosa e pulita. Ottimo materasso, struttura nuova il parcheggio convenzionato a pagamento è a 10 minuti.

Wir würden das Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich (am der Rezeption besonders)
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich, für jeden was dabei und dabei sogar viel Biologisch oder selber hergestellt (Joghurt).

Clean, cosy but high price for what you get
Pros:

The room was clean, staff were very nice. It feels like a boutique hotel experience. The hotel is in a good location to get to most places. You could either walk or get the metro 20-30 mins to get to most key places in Paris and metro was only a few minutes walk. Overall I wouldn't say this is a reach to say 4 star hotel and I'm not sure the price reflected what you get, but it's a very good basic hotel.

Cons:

The room size was extremely small. I felt the size and I was alone so I don't know how people are able to share a room. There wasn't much accommodation for early or late check in / out. For a 4 star hotel I did expect a little wiggle on this though it's a small hotel.
The surrounding area isn't the nicest either. It was an adjustment to get used to.
You do hear doors opening and closing from other rooms / guests which wasn't great in the morning

Mi è piaciuto che l' aria condizionata funzionava e che la stanza e il bagno erano puliti, anche che c'era il caffè in camera.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il posto dove era la struttura troppo lontano dal centro e la sera troppa confusione, le strade nei dintorni molto sporche.

The AC in the room workd well
The room was quiet and the balcony quite spacious

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werden das Hotel bestimmt wieder buchen.
Pros:

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich und wir konnten unser Gepäck am Anreise- und Abreisetag im Gepäckraum deponieren. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad war sehr sauber und für eine Städtereise perfekt.
Vom Hotel aus sind zwei Metrostationen in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
