Except for the coat it was outstanding
Pros:

The girl at the reception was excellent from the minute we walked in the door. I think her name was Alli. She escorted us to our room as was exceptionally helpful throughout our visit

Cons:

It is over priced at 450 euro per night

I enjoyed my stay here and would gladly stay again.
Pros:

Everything! The room was comfortable and lovely- better than the photos! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was excellent- near everything without being in the middle of chaos.

Excellent staff, facilities, location and service.
Pros:

This is a hidden gem in Rome. The location, the property, the facilities were amazing but the staff were the stars. Every single staff member was excellent and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. And I have to mention the old iron lift, what a great addition to add to the historic feel of being in Rome. We could not recommend the hotel highly enough and will only be staying here when we return to Rome.

Very good to excellent.
Pros:

The quiet room with an excellent layout with one exception. The smoke alarm directly over the bed is not good as it constantly emits light beams.

Cons:

Breakfast was the worst I've ever had and I have had breakfasts at premier Inn and travelodge

Soggy undercooked scrambled eggs, tasteless sausages, undercooked bacon, literally wet hash browns that fell apart lifting them from the steamed tray. Beans tasted of fairy liquid. Continental included Tesco meats and cheeses that looked like blue cheese. Didn't have breakfast 2 out of 3 days. Utterly awful.
