Pros:

The staff from reception, bar, management, restaurant, and cleaning were very hospitable and friendly. The upgrade of our room was beautiful and very welcome.

Cons:

I didn't like that I'd to hand back a couple of glasses as they were grubby and didn't look hygienic. Also, in the men's toilet beside the bar, I'm very alarmed that privacy rights are being broken with a camera in the toilets. This is actually against the law.
