לא אחזור למלון הזה!
Pros:

הזמנו חדר בבוקינג 890 לילה במחיר היה רשום כולל ארוחת בוקר אך שהגענו לחדר אוכל מסתבר שזה לא כלול.. אי נעימות קל כי צוות המלון הבין אותנו והכניס אותנו לחדר. אבל בצ'ק האווט ניסו לחייב אותנו שוב הפעם בתירוץ על מעמ שכביכול לא שולם כמובן שהתעקשנו ששלמנו את המעמ והשגנו הוכחות לתשלום.. בלי הוכחה כנראה שהיינו משלמים עוד200 שקלים שימו לב שזה לא עוקץ וניסו לעקוץ אנשים תמימים ...

The room was good size, nice and clean
Reception had great customer service skills and were always very helpful.

Cons:

Dinning room was over packed, ringing up for in- room dining, was complicated and just became to hard to do. Over Shabbat the hotel is over packed with people everywhere, very chaotic.

We requested two more water bottles....they wanted 10 nis each. Not nice for what we paid for room.

וכן להכניס ארוחה למחיר

חדר משופץ נקי ומרווח. ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד.

Cons:

לא היה מקום בחניה. למרות שכתוב שיש חניה ולא מזמינים מקומות מראש. היו רק שתי עמדות לטעינה חשמלית והן היו תפוסות כל הזמן. זה מקשה מאוד על מי שמגיע עם רכב.

Good location, comfortable room, quite stressful experience
Pros:

The location is very convenient
The mattress is comfortable
We had 2 connecting rooms which is very good with kids

Cons:

The staff is absolutely unprofessional and not competent especially at the reception.
Check in took 40 minutes due to a mistake in their system. Stressful and very time consuming.
The breakfast could be better at such a hotel.

Clean, relatively affordable, comfortable and quiet stay.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Dan Panorama. I was checked in quickly. I had a nice, clean and quiet room. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. I also needed to use the bag check room and was able to do so with no problem.

Cons:

The elevator could have been better. Other than that there was nothing to complain about.
