The distance to the sultan pool

Excellent location. Well appointed hotel and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were clean and well appointed

For a hotel this rating. It was disappointing that they didn’t have USB charging points near the switches

Staff met and exceeded expectations. Would definitely go back :)
Pros:

Food was good but not 'fantastic!' The staff was wonderful. TV stopped working - fixed within 20 minutes. Staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed on a very busy weekend.

A very expensive one-star experience

Very limited parking - the parking attendant told me to circle the neighborhood, and I had to walk 3 blocks to get to the hotel.
The staff are uninspired - they all look unhappy to be there.
The food was awful.

לא היה סלט ירקות מוכן רק ירקות חתוכים גבינה צהובה לא היה רק שביקשנו הביאו לחמניות יבשות שתיה קרה במקום מיץ תפוזים יצא מים רק אחרי ששאלתי למה אין הוסיפו סירופ גם ביום השני היה כל הארוחה די דלה לעומת בעברה
