Personal de limpieza, abriendo la puerta de la habitación, para verificar si había alguien todavía cuando ni eran las 9 de la mañana y la salida es a las 12 del día y no solo fue una vez, hablar a recepción a reportar y según eso su personal no hace eso.

La habitación, viejas las instalaciones, las almohadas duras pedimos cambiarlas y no lo hicieron, el extractor del baño hacía un ruido horrible y no lo repararon, la atención del personal mal parece que te hacen un favor al atenderte pésimo servicio.

Los cuartos de la zona de los 4000, tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación ya que la primera estaba sucia y con una alfombra manchada y posteriormente ya me toco en los 2000 y excelente, se están renovando y eso es excelente
