Wunderschöne Aussicht.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung war gut. Bequeme Matratze. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Große Terrasse. Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ausreichend da. Kaffee war immer zugänglich. Whirlpool könnten wir nur für uns buchen.

Cons:

Die Laage war für uns suboptimal. Wir waren mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und hatten große Schwierigkeiten das Hotel zu finden trotz Navi.
Das Hotel ist nur per Fuß zu erreichen. Entweder Treppe hoch oder Treppe runter. Das war uns leider nicht klar. Es ist dadurch nicht Barrierefrei.
Die Klima hat nicht so richtig gekühlt. Wir haben Nachts einfach die Tür geöffnet.

Romantico, contemplativo, elegante ma pratico: posto perfetto per andare in coppia.
Pros:

Abito a lisbona e questo e' uno di quei posti che incanterebbe chiuque. Non appena si passa la soglia d'ingresso si apre ai nostri occhi un miraduouro su alfama. Ci hanno gentilmente offerto un bicchiere di vino da sorseggiare godendo della vista, mentre disbrigavano le operazioni di checkin. Il nostro appartamento era confortevole, elegante, dotato di elettrodomestici Smeg ed un buon condizionamento. abbiamo passato solo una notte ed eravamo in 2, ma e' interessante la possibilita' di isolare la privacy della camera da letto e della sala ( dove cé' un divano) in caso si soggiorni con piu' persone, potendo comunque approfittare tutti dell'utilizzo del bagno. La struttura ha anche una piccola Spa, che purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo di utilizzare. Colazione variegata e gustosa, servita in una altra sala bellissima con grande vista sui tetti.

Cons:

Uniche due cose: 1) seppur temporaneo: al momento l'accesso alla struttura e' solo attraverso due scale abbastanza ripide, poiche' sono in corso dei lavori e la via di accesso e' chiusa. per cui ne taxi, ne uber arriva davanti alla porta. Se si hanno valigie pesanti puo' essere un problema, almeno finche' l'accesso alla via non sara' riaperto. Nonostante questo, la fatica e' ampiamente ricompensata. 2) la luce di Lisbona e' intensa e per quanto spesse, le tende della camera da letto non riescono a limitare la luce che e' davvero tanta a partire dal primo mattino. Meglio portarsi una mascherina blackout se si vuole dormire un po'.

Fijn verblijf op een leuke en mooie locatie

L’équipe sur place est top, très disponible, souriante , serviable et d’excellents conseils.
Nous n’hésiterons pas à reséjourner là-bas si nous retournons à Lisbonne

Nice, clean rooms, beautiful view from our room, very tasty breakfast. Excellent coffee available 24/7. Most accommodating and helpful staff.

Cons:

Hotel is accessible only by very long flight of stairs. You cannot order taxi in front of it, so if you have large luggage, like we had, avoid this location.

Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect central location, close to some great historical places, the city centre and public transport. Beautiful views from the main terrace and our room terrace. Very clean and well equipped. Very nice breakfast with plenty of choices. Coffee and drinks available at all times. We could not fault the staff. Very attentive, very friendly, always there to help and advice. We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel after check out too. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

Cons:

The central location is great, however the approach to the hotel was a little surprising, as the surrounding area felt somewhat run down and it wasn't immediately obvious that we were arriving at the hotel itself. The pool was nice, although some features didn't work and there was quite a strong smell of chlorine. Unfortunately, the sauna was also out of order during our stay. Everything else was great!
