Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety of options. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and we really appreciated the hospitality. It was also a lovely touch that the hotel provided complimentary cold lemon water and pastel de nata during the day. The view when entering the hotel area was absolutely beautiful

Cons:

On the downside, the soundproofing was poor—we could hear noise from outside, the corridors, and neighboring rooms. We were also disappointed with the jacuzzi on the first floor, where the chlorine level seemed extremely high. After just five minutes, our eyes started watering, so we left. We would not recommend using it, especially with children

Nice views and hanging area; poor value for money (certainly if the sauna area is closed)
Pros:

Breakfast was simple yet very nice and complete. One can bring it to the room, but the view from the breakfast area is absolutely incredible. The terrace by the entrance is extremely pleasant and perfect to chill with a beer or coffee.

Cons:

I just don't see the value for money. While the views are amazing and the eating/hanging area is really nice, the room we were in was substandard for the price. Perfectly serviceable (aside from not blocking light sufficiently at all in the morning, which woke us up everyday several hours before we would have preferred to), but we could have gotten more comfort and better build quality for the same price elsewhere.
The sauna and jacuzzi area were closed off due to maintenance during the entire time we were counting on using it. Since it was the decisive factor in booking this place over others, that was frustrating. The staff, albeit very nice, did nothing to proactively mitigate the dissatisfaction.

Pros:

Le lieu, la vue incroyable prés du château, le petit déjeuner top, la chambre avec sa décoration et ses équipements. Super situation de l'hôtel pour profiter des tascas, des lieux à visiter...

Cons:

De ne pas pouvoir utiliser le SPA qui était en travaux...

Kleine sehr nette „Suiten“ in einem alten portugiesischen Haus. Mitten in Lissabon zwischen alter Stadt und neuer Stadt. Ein perfekter Ort, um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden. Super netter Personal mit grandiosen Tipps für Restaurants!

Cons:

Parkplätze bzw. Autofahren in der Lissaboner Altstadt sind eine Katastrophe!

Great breakfast, friendly vibes, would come back :)
Pros:

Staff were friendly and happy to help. Everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious!! Especially the chocolate croissants. Great view of the city from the outdoor communal area as well as from the breakfast room. The spa was a nice edition and enjoyable after a day of walking.
