Great staff and location
Pros:

Location is great, near the British museum and center. Breakfast was great with lots of options and fresh vegetables. Room was spacy and comfortable.
Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Bathroom was very small, large people will have problem with it.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro e mi sono trovata molto bene. La struttura è accogliente, la camera era pulita e confortevole e il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e rispecchiava le aspettative. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Great hotel, friendly staff & very handy location
Pros:

Great hotel for a 3 night stay. Complimentary drink on arrival was a lovely surprise. Very friendly staff, super facilities & great choice of breakfast. Air conditioning was a joy to come back to after a day out in London!
