Goed hotel centraal gelegen in London. Goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en 20 min lopen van St. Pancras. Kamer die wij hadden was klein (normaal voor London), maar had alles wat je nodig hebt om van een stedentrip te kunnen genieten. Bedden waren prima, badkamer was goed en het was er schoon.
Er is ons niet veel tegen gevallen. Het enige dat ik me kan bedenken is dat het verkeer van de drukke weg naast het hotel, zelfs met dichte ramen nog goed te horen was en dat de airco er veel geluid produceerde. Maar goed, wat wil je als je aan een drukke straat in London verblijft.
Mixed review. The hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to most things and really close to tube lines. I stayed in the suite which was a really nice room with plenty of space, the free items on arriving (eye mask, lip balm, chocolate, slippers, prosecco, fruit bowl etc) were such a lovely touch. I was even able to check in earlier than 11am and the staff at every stage from check in to restaurant to chefs at breakfast were all lovely. Breakfast was a great variety and really enjoyed the omelette station. The pool and sauna area were a lovely treat and the biggest selling point for me.
It was so incredibly noisy in the room with road noise! I’m not sure if this was because of the side of the building I was on (I was looking out onto Victoria House), but it meant I didn’t sleep well at all and had to sleep with ear buds every night. This was a real shame as I’d actually booked there for an exam and was woken up multiple times the night before. I would be tempted to stay again and ask for a hotel room on the other side to see if this was better as like I say the hotel and staff were lovely but if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the place for you.
Great place to be when visiting London. In perfect location 4min from Holborn tube station. And 4min walking from bus station. Easy to travel across London main attractions.

Staff friendly and welcoming, pool brilliant and great location.
On the surface, the room was clean but, on closer inspection, there were signs that it wasn’t in pristine condition (towels, bedding etc.) We asked for it to be cleaned properly on our second day, which it was in fairness, but we shouldn’t have had to in the first place.

On arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly we were able to leave our luggage, the room was very clean and comfortable. The leisure facilities was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and there was even a chef making omelettes for you
