Staff was wonderful, extremely helpful.
Everything was a little worn, chipped doors chipped paint.
La ubicación es excelente.
Teníamos dos habitaciones, en una de ellas en el baño el inodoro no tenía tapa, esto no parece muy normal con el precio que tiene la habitación ni con la calidad que se supone que tiene el hotel. En la otra habitación el baño era tan pequeño que solo cabía una persona.
The staff was very nice and accommodating.
The hotel is right at the corner of two very busy streets, which makes the rooms looking out towards these streets very noisy. - i could not sleep even with earplugs. Thanks to the accommodating staff, we were able to switch rooms after the first nicht though, which was greatly appreciated.
The rooms could use renovations- they are quite lived in which is a bit sad. We were also missing a part of our ceiling - which was a bit strange. Water pressure was great though - even on the 7th floor - which is a definite plus. :)

The whole hotel was spotless, very well appointed rooms and the spa was excellent, even allowed us to use the spa after we had checked out which was a nice gesture
The only thing I could fault the hotel on was the prices in the roof top bar, I know London is expensive and carry’s high overheads for businesses operating inside the centre but over £40 for a jack and coke n a wine is expensive, needless to say we had one drink and went elsewhere, where as if I didn’t feel I was being ripped off I’d of stayed for 2/3 drinks , other nearby venues was under £20 for the same round of drinks
What a wonderful experience. Timeless on reception couldn't have been more welcoming when we arrived which was much needed after a long day at work. The room was stunning and beds comfy.
We ordered room service and were both delighted with everything. We will be back!
Location is fantastic, and hotel is nice and clean
Breakfast was disappointing, wasn’t much available when we arrived at 10am, lots of empty food warmers and not being refilled.
Spa does feel tired compared to when I last stayed here.

בחדרון האמבט הפיצפון היה מועיל hook והיעדרו פגע בנוחות
Love the swimming pool
Road outside a bit noisy
within a 20 minute walking distance of Kings cross Station, the local tube station Holborn just across the road from the hotel, plenty of places to eat close by, 10 minute walking distance from the theatre district and very handy, plenty of public transport to get you about, we visited the Emirates stadium for a concert and for this we travelled by bus. would definitely recommend to others.
