Excellent location and easy walking distance to Euston Station and tube stations
Clean and silent rooms
Well located and quiet. No outside noice
Excellent location close to Oxford Street, excellent breakfast and staff at breakfast very kind and willing to meet any request. I arrived during the heat wave and the hotel/rooms had air conditioning, which was a relief as not all hotels in London have it.
Rooms were smaller than I expected, but this is central London for you! I wish that all hotels would get rid of the moquette - it's dated and difficult to keep clean!

המיקום קצת מרוחק מהמרכז יותר משחשבתי, 20 דקות הליכה לאוקספורד וכשבדקתי בתחבורה ציבורית זה לא חסך זמן בכלל
Location near Regents Park and Great Portland Street tube. Room comfortable and quite spacious. Good breakfast with plenty of choice

It is in a great position. The staff were lovely. Good breakfast
The bed was so hard and the pillows so flat that it was a real impediment to good sleep . The room was small, and even though I’m short (5ft 7) I hit my head on the sloping wall getting out of bed and ended up with a blooded forehead.
The hotel is really well situated and on a very quiet street. Quite a surprise for London. We were on the ground floor but we weren't disturbed by any noise.
The room was very clean and the shower was excellent. Our towels were changed and bed made even though we only stayed two nights.
The decor is a little dated and the part of the bathroom where the toilet was is a little cramped (with the loo roll holder where you would normally want to put your feet).
The air-conditioning seemed to be quite an old system - a little noisy and not hugely effective.
A better selection of tea/coffee would have been good with both cups and supplies replaced when the room was cleaned, but these are very minor points. We would definitely use this hotel again.
