Lovely stay in a great location in central London . Lovely ambience and comfort. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The hotel location was excellent- very central and in a quiet street. Easily accessible. The rooms are lovely -clean and comfortable.Nice toiletries. The airconditoning/temperature was perfect during the hot days. My brother in law used the room service and found the meals quite good. The breakfast buffet was pretty good as well- quite a lot of choice.

Cons:

This was not a concern for me, but I didn't see a step free access to the entrance- just a short 5-6 steps. There was a man at the front door who was very quick to help with our luggage.

Cons:

Wished there had been an armoire or a dresser for us to hang clothes. The closet hanging clothes area was very small.

Okay for a 1 night stop over
Pros:

Good location, hotel had an old English charm.

Cons:

Cleanliness wasn’t great we a used cigarette butt under the side table and we don’t smoke, room still smelt like it. Also hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived.
