Room was nice but wouldn't recommend due to shady rental practices
Pros:

The room was nice but it had a huge sliding door and huge window. I didn't like that and felt it was easy to break in. It made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Cons:

I originally booked one night but decided I would book another due to my itinerary being changed. ONLY after I made the change did I receive an email telling me there was DAYTIME ONLY construction. That was a lie. I get there late in the evening and was stopped about 1/2 a mile from the hotel. I had to sit there for a long time until a truck came and escorted us through the MAjOR construction that ran almost all the way to the entrance of the hotel! The construction was BOTH ways. It was so bad that I decided to NOT return there the second evening. They refused to refund. I would NOT recommend the facility due to them misleading me by not telling me about the construction until after the timeline that they considered my reservation time "non-refundable".
I reached out to Booking. Com and could NOT reach a LIVE agent who I would NOT recommend using them. I DO NOT PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN TO BOOK ANYTHING.

Above expectations, worth more than I pay for.
Pros:

Enjoyed the view from my room, the complete renovation and cleanliness of the room, plus the possibility to cook if I wanted. Being able to travel, relax rest but also work it was one of the best solo stays I've had.

Cons:

I would design the chairs for the kitchen to make them smaller, hard to sit and work on my laptop while there but that is minor. Also the laundry hours can be a bit longer when you hike all day...
