Bell rock visiting from UK
Pros:

Fabulous location. Great pool. Local shops are friendly & convenient to walk to.

Cons:

Pushing a "free tour" whilst having to watch a video that leads to time share sign up. Luckily I knew of this so declined.
No kettle. The coffee machine in room didnt work & no sink in bathroom.

This is definitely a 10+ hotel and will highly recommend to other travelers.
Pros:

First of all the staff was so friendly, helpful and professional.

The landscaping is beautiful, clean and well maintained.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and the decor very nice.

Cons:

We liked everything.

Pros:

The hotel was really amazing, everything is clean and the room was big. Everyone was really helpful. The location is nice AS LONG AS YOU HAVE A CAR! That was my bad for not knowing that 😂 but the view from the room was amazing.

Cons:

Really, don't go there without a car. There are no shuttle services or uber, you have to get a taxi to go anywhere and it will cost you 😅

As soon as we walked into the office, we felt very welcomed. They even gave us fresh baked cookies.
Pros:

The rooms were so nice. Location was great. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We wish we would have stayed longer.

체크인, 체크아웃 담당 직원들이 모두 진절하시고 유머가 있으셨어요.
제가 작은 접시를 하나 깨서 체크아웃할 때 말씀드렸는데 문제없다고 친절하게 말씀해 주셔서 매우 감사했습니다.
모든 일처리도 신속했고 여분의 이불과 담요까지 완벽하게 준비되어 있었어요. 수영장타올도 따로 준비되어 있어요.
오랫동안 기억에 남는 장소일 거예요.

Pokoje są odnowione, czego nie widać na zdjęciach. Wygodne łóżka, miękkie ręczniki. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Sedony i okolicy. Pralnia w cenie pobytu. Cisza i spokój. Ładne widoki.
