Hotel was easy to find, ample amount of parking, no issue checkin in it took one minute, the room had a nice view and was exceptionally clean

Worst Marriot experience
Pros:

I am very disappointed with my stay at the Marriott hotel. I stayed in room on the 7th floor from May 21–24. On Friday, May 22, I lost an item during my stay and requested to review the security camera footage. However, the manager informed me that the property does not have any security cameras on site. I was very surprised and concerned to hear this, especially for a hotel of this standard. How does the hotel handle insurance and guest security matters without surveillance cameras on the premises?

Shocked that they didn't give me a King size bed that so paid for.

Truly disappointing
Pros:

While I was checking in at about 6pm on a Sunday evening, a man next to me was also checking in for one night (no luggage) and a young woman who was clearly a prostitute waiting for him off to the side in the lobby. Great start to my visit.
I had to call Engineering twice in the first hour, because my keys weren't working and then the TV wasn't working. There were no glasses or coffee cups of any kind in the room - finally found two paper cups. The shower was terrible.

Bad experience off the bat
Pros:

Wow. They tried to charge a $75 early check in fee at 1:20 pm. When I told them we could wait for the room and instead tried to use the facilities, also denied under the bogus reason for “security reasons that we cannot let in people who are not guests.”

Amazing time
Pros:

Had an amazing time. The staff was absolutely amazing. Tash at the bar took great care of us. Best Old Fashion I’ve had. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
