Would recommend as a place to lay your head, and be close to the attractions.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good. You had to make sure you were down there before it closed, because they shut it down right at the closing time, no if, ands, or buts!! The hotel, although dated, was kept up very well. Some rust on some of the doors going into your hotel room, but very clean and comfortable. Also, we did have an issue with the air conditioner, and hands down. They were there within five minutes to fix that for us! Maintenance was above and beyond.

Cons:

The fact that there was a shuttle offered, which was kind of what we were looking for, only to find out there was only one shuttle, leaving at one time in the morning and one shuttle, leaving at one time to come back to the hotel. It would’ve been good to know that we would’ve planned differently on getting to the park because not everybody was up and ready to go when that shuttle left.

Awful service and hospitality
Cons:

We arrived and immediately were greeted by unwelcoming staff on reception, we were bluntly told that we could not store our bags- given no alternative options despite obviously needing help and strictly told check in is at 3pm even though there were people being checked in once we had sat down and begun searching for hotels elsewhere.

Me gustó todo! La cortesía de tener Bus para Universal. Eso nos ahorró tiempo y dinero. El alojamiento cuenta con buen desayuno, buenas camas, excelente ubicación. Volveremos. Estacionamiento gratis, piscina, lavandería disponible. Excelente
