Loved the friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons:

We were put in the second building which had hallways that smelled like smoke. Both ice machines were not working. Found a roach in our room. When we got moved to the main building for finding a roach the stay was much better. Building was cleaner and didn’t smell and there was no roaches.

Hospedagem confortável, voltaria!
Pros:

Funcionários muito educados e prestativos, a maioria falava português, o que facilitou muito. Café da manhã muito bom, principalmente o waffle que o hóspede pode fazer na hora e conta com vários toppings para acrescentar!

Cons:

As camas são muito altas, tenho 1,60m de altura e tinha dificuldade para subir, minha mãe que é idosa precisava subir na cadeira para subir na cama! Era engraçado, mas cansativo. A cama em si era confortável.

Gutes Hotel, Shuttle zum Universal Ressort nicht nutzbar.
Cons:

Das Shuttle-Angebot zum Universal Ressort ist ein Witz. Nur 1 Shuttle hin um 8 Uhr, Shuttle zurück um 17 und 18 Uhr. Das Ressort schließt aber erst um 23 Uhr. Funktioniert nicht.
