Convenient. Satisfactory
Pros:

We were 4 adults and this is what we needed. We were close to the airport for the international flight the next day. Parking was only $10 per vehicle per day, not owned by the hotel, and the Park 'N Jet shuttle bus took us to and from the airport. The kitchen had everything we needed. Dish soap and new sponge were provided as well as soap for the dishwasher.

Cons:

Carpet could be updated.

Staff not very helpful when asked about the TV, broken reclining chair, broken kitchen cabinet, broken ice maker, few kitchen utensils, bad odor in the room.

Komfortables Hotel mit gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis und Shuttle Service
Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte eine eigene vollausgestattete Küche, was extrem nützlich war. Man kann sogar Lebensmittel im Hotel kaufen, sind zwar teuer aber für den Notfall, kann man mal machen. Es gibt Waschraum und Gym. Am besten fand ich den Shuttle Service: Man benachrichtigt die Rezeption dass man den Shuttle braucht (zwischen einem O‘Hare Terminal und Hotel) und innerhalb kürzester Zeit wird man ohne Wiederworte abgeholt. Das ist auch die günstigste Art nach Downtown zu kommen, Shuttle nach O‘Hare, dann Blue Line.

Cons:

Es liegt etwas außerhalb. Wenn man nach Downtown will nimmt man Shuttle und dann die Blue Line, das dauert alles in allem vielleicht 60min. Wie oben aber schon erwähnt war der Shuttle sehr zuverlässig und die Blue Line gut getaktet. Man musste also nie lange warten, und wenn ich jetzt ein Hotel zentraler hätte aber jedes mal 10-20min zu den Öffis laufen / mehrmals umsteigen müsste dann wäre es nicht recht viel schneller. Insgesamt: Man konnte gut mit der Lage umgehen weil es gut organisiert war.

Stayed for the National Sports Collectors Convention had everything that was needed, the garage next to the hotel is great if you need little snacks etc. has a subway and a dunkin donuts

Cons:

Tried to check bags at the hotel when leaving only to be told they had no space left at 9am. Was slightly disappointed with this issue but overall a great stay

Pros:

Großes Zimmer, brauchbarer Pool mit 15 m Länge und bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Shuttle vom Flughafen und zurück geht alles halbe Stunde, auch nachts, alles problemlos. 10 Minuten zum Flughafen und bei frühem Flug sehr brauchbares Hotel
