Good Stay. Great Value.
Pros:

Overall, this location was nice and clean as well as safe & great for our stay.
Pros:

The bed was awesome! Plenty of room! Location was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Some things could possibly be remodeled, or perhaps upgraded but there were a few cosmetic things in our room that were displeasing but they didn't affect our stay really. Oddly, our room did feel damp most of the time, but the temperature was comfortable overall. For the room we were in which was a larger suite, I was surprised at the size of the bathroom in comparison... it could have been a little larger to be more comfortable.

I was located close to my dads house

Cons:

There was hair in the bed and on bathroom floor. Cramped space. Dirty around ice machine. Door was split. Bed creeked everytime I moved. Didn't get photos of all.

Pros:

The hospitality was great. The cleaning staff and the cooks were also great.

Cons:

Coffee maker in the room was dirty. The shower water pressure could've been better and the carpet felt dirty.I also got a couple of bites but, I could have gotten them outside. Overall my stay was good.

Friendly Staff and Well-maintained Facilities
Pros:

The staff at Best Western Louisville East are very kind and professional. Every interaction was helpful, warm and friendly. I left an expensive item on the check-in desk and the person there called and texted until we connected. The rooms were spacious and clean and well equipped with amenities one might forget. The location is quiet and the grounds are well maintained. The breakfast was well stocked and included both hot and cold options. The cost was very reasonable as well.

Why go anywhere that you don’t feel like family!
Pros:

Lindsey, Eric and the entire team at this hotel have been working with us for many years to make an incredible and comfortable Derby experience. We bring a group of 20 or more year after year and they raise the bar on themselves every year. The value for the cost, especially during Derby season is hard to beat. It feels like we are visiting family. We’ll be back team, but the world needs to know how special you are.

Pros:

Rooms where very clean, and rooms where great.

Cons:

Several occasions there was Noone occuping the front desk. When I arrived to check in I waited 15 mins til someone should up. No sign or message saying they would be right back. That was not the only time I noticed it.
No juice choices for breakfast. Only water or milk, and I think the milk was for the cereal.

Pros:

Great hotel. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable due to my sciatica. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The heated salt water pool was to die for! I would stay here again. 10/10
