Muy bueno
Pros:

Muy lindo y acogedor, el Sr del parking y la atención en el lobby increíble muy amables, la habitación estaba impecable, la cercanía a la estación del tren era 4 min caminando eso me encantó, el desayuno espectacular delicioso. Me gustó que te reciben con tu apellido en la pantalla del TV. En términos generales super bien y obviamente volvería.

Cons:

Me dieron habitación el el primer piso y si abres la ventana la gente ve de afuera.

Pros:

The staff were helpful

Cons:

The room wasn't clean enough. I pull out a popcorn wrapper from underneath the bed from a previous occupier. If it was cleaned properly, it would have been found. The daily essentials were not top up after the 3rd day. So i didn't have a new shower cap for the last day.

Cons:

Our room was smelling Clorox very badly. I asked for help and maybe they could come and check. However, they did not care really, even they did not want to come and check how it causes eyes and throat burn. John was the manager if I remember correct, he had no really reaction about the issue. He said that all rooms are full. I could understand that but I know that there are couple rooms for emergency cases. For instance, my toilet gets stuck in somehow, what they would do? You would say oh we dont have available room? I had really hard time and in this country it was the first time that noone tried to help.

I would stay again. Without a doubt
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and the room was great. Very clean and quiet.

Cons:

I can’t complain. The hotel was good, staff were friendly. The room was comfortable. Hallway was quiet. Breakfast in the morning was good. I can’t complain.

A little less expensive for a good reason
Pros:

Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillow and sheets were good. TV worked well. Nice toiletries. The location is quiet. While not within walking distances, shopping and services are a short distance away.

Cons:

The rooms have been somewhat updated. However, the electrical outlets and light switches are original. Plugs literally fall out of the outlet they are so loose. My biggest complaint is the Cafe restaurant. I ordered steak tips with fries. The portions were very large. The meat was tough with a lot of grissle. The meat was not seasoned before cooking. Some sort of unrecognizable saude was added. I left more than 80% of the meat. A portion of meat 1/3 the size but of better quality would have been better received. The hotel charges $23 for breakfast. I'm glad that I did not order breakfast considering the quality of the dinner.
