AMAZING HOTEL!
Pros:

Everything!!! Excellent service (check-in and check-ou were a breeze), beautiful room, fair price (especially in Boston), great amenities, close to important places, and the food choices available were excellent! Sully, who both bartended and drove the shuttle, was THE BEST!!! We had an emergency, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my husband's needs, plus keep me calm in the meantime. There is a reason we are loyal to Hilton properties!!!

Cons:

The warm chocolate chip walnut cookies were too hard to resist...I blew my "no sugar" rule!!! LOL

Managements attitude and problem solving abilities and inability to admit they made a mistake and solve the issue! Like
Pros:

Will NOT STAY AGAIN!

Cons:

They tried to double charge us our deposit and parking and when proven we already paid the manager threatened to report us to our booking agency where I’m an honors member, she stated our bank statements where the money was already charged was not adequate proof!

Pros:

J'ai adoré la gentillesse du personnel surtout Francisco, la chambre était belle, confortable, la salle de bain agréable. De pouvoir se faire un thé ou un café dans la chambre et un super point tous les jours nous avions deux bouteilles d'eau offertes.

Cons:

La seule chose que je n'ai pas aimé c'est que j'avais déjà payé en arrivant et on m'a rechargé la chambre + un dépôt donc je me suis retrouvé à payer 550$ avant de partir puis 756$ sur place ça c'est inadmissible.
