Mala atención en recepción no respetan el precio de booking recepción me informo que es la oferta y demanda eso manda en un país como Estados Unidos pésima respuesta cobraron valores no contemplados sin explicación procederé hacer reclamo y la limpieza no lo hicieron a tiempo por falta de personal hotel no preparado para buena atención a clientes no recomendaría la cafetería solo ellos muy amables recepción pésima ahora estoy quien reclamos hotel o boking pague 2 cosas adicionales q no estaban contempladas
