Cicha i spokojna okolica. Dobre miejsce na kwaterunek jeśli chcemy odpocząć o zgiełku jaki serwuje NY.

Pros:

We spent some days in your hotel some years ago, so that chose it again. The hotel is a bit "used", however, still ok. Check-in personel was not too polite. The next day there were nice people at the reception and changed us the room - we got noisy 1408 first...new room was very nice and met our expectations for the price paid.

Cons:

Check-in personel, only A´la carte breakfast.

Great location for an hotel that definitely need renovation
Pros:

Convenient location for Jersey City and Manhattan

Cons:

It was a family trip and as we came in with our luggages there was nobody to help.
We book for 4 people but the sofa bed wasn’t ready and towels only for few people.
Linen was very old with holes even when we asked to change.
Definitely not worth $ 350,00 per night

Great location, check in process needs improvement

Cons:

The property itself was great, and our guests continue to enjoy staying here. However, the check-in process was frustrating and could use improvement.

When our guest arrived at 6 p.m., their room was not ready even though check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. We booked a room again this weekend Aug 15-17, unfortunately the front desk was unable to locate their reservation for more than 30 minutes. After traveling for 12 hours, the added confusion and delay were less than ideal. This is the second check-in issue we’ve experienced in less than two months.

Our guest really enjoy the property and would gladly stay again, but I hope management takes a closer look at the check-in process. A smoother and more reliable arrival experience would make a significant difference.

Pros:

Me and my family had a great time. You gotta make sure you do not book not on Tuesdays and Thursdays and you need to request kale as your host. The goat, he helped us a lot with our stay and he was very friendly. And made the trip 10x better because you know kale is there to help. Me and my family have had a lot of vaccinations and the was by far the best one because of kale .

Amazing location, wonderful hotel and awesome customer service!
Easy to walk to the PATH to NYC and close to some great restaurants (I’d skip Cheesecake Factory!). You can take Newport Path Station to get to the city and if returning at night, get off at Exchange Place station for amazing skyline night views!
Our room wasn’t ready at check in, but the staff was great with holding all our our stuff (and we had a lot!) while we went to dinner.
The room was HUGE for our family of 5! 2 doubles and a couch were perfect size. It was also clean and very pleasant.

Special shout out to Kale at the front desk. He was beyond helpful and friendly and should get a raise :)

If you’re a family looking for a good size room for NYC, stay here!

I wouldn't go back to that hotel.
Pros:

The reception was excellent; the rooms were spacious and very clean.

Cons:

I’m not sure if it was due to wear and tear or poor quality, but the mattresses sagged in the middle, and I would wake up with body aches. After leaving the hotel, I realized half an hour later that I had been charged an extra $150 for breakfast; I had to go back to file a complaint, and I am still waiting for the refund to be credited to my account—a bad experience.

Complete chaos for check in . Rooms not ready well after check in time .. and front desk was clueless . Only thing they kept repeating was ‘ we’ll let you know when room is ready’ . Never had such a experience at any Hilton properties.

Best place to stay in Jersey City
Pros:

I have been traveling to Jersey City for last 6 years and best place to stay is definitely Doubletrees. Latoya, Kale, Bezabeth and Michaela are most friendly host and take best care of my stay. Jonny serves good choices of breakfast.

Room are spacious for families with NYC City View.

Highly recommend staying at Doubletree Jersey City.
