Was in Rochester for work the pool was too cold my kids couldn’t swim thought it was a heated pool. The alarm clock was set to go off at 3am woke me up never set it. Bed wasn’t very clean used my own blanket

The second day we were there we needed more towels and we had to wait until after 3 pm to shower because they didn’t have any towels available. In addition, I forgot my things in the bedside table drawer and not even an hour after I checked out the person at the front desk told me I could come get the things. Then I was placed on hold and told my things had been thrown in the dumpster.

They clearly spent all extra money to put into the property into just the lobby.
Once you get past the lobby it's shitty the carpets crap it looks dirty it looks old it looked on a date it makes everything look at a day. Chips out of the paint on the doors dirt in the corners etc. and they wouldn't even let me check in 1 hour early!! And I contacted them twice about it, knowing full well that they had rooms that they could have put me in an hour earlier than normal check in time which is three I just asked to come at 2pm.
Bottom line is I chose this location because of familiarity and because of the pictures and the pool and of course I read the reviews but they were very mixed. I am a travel agent bringing a child on a special trip or her birthday and for getting really good grades so far this year at a new school.
This special trip was turned into an absolute nightmare for the child because she looked for it and was so excited for 3 days beforehand. She's only 10 years old, wanted to just swim all day and night and then again the next day. It clearly states and I screenshotted it that you have an indoor heated swimming pool. Keyword heated.

I have videotape of my daughter trying for an hour to get into that water but it was so entirely cold there was no people at all in the pool area and if they were they receive it they were definitely not in the pool.

I've never seen an indoor pool that is so cold! Not to mention kids can overcome that and it's so resilient that that the cold doesn't bother them and she couldn't even get past her knees! It was freezing and it was such a disappointment. This place managed to ruin the entire trip I planned for an entire week! Reading information checking different prices and rooms and price drops and contacting the property in advance several times to make sure everything would be perfect and it absolutely got ruined.

Property was fine place can definitely use a lot of updating not everything was working due to the age

The breakfast was not satisfactory.
The selections weren’t great.. it appeared to be just sat out in the counter ( presentation was horrible) you had to figure what was there and then where everything was located. Scrambled Eggs were over cooked and chunky!
Staff was scarce. Saw one person when I checked and another when I checked out. I needed one dry off towel and literally had to find a person to give me one ( staff was behind counter in a room in the back.

Disorderly guests and noise, fighting and profanity requiring the police needing to be called and intervene in the middle of the night. The elevator was full of water from people exiting the pool. The tile floor outside of the elevator was covered with water and hazardous. There were several burnt out lightbulbs in the room and the room could use some refreshing overall.

Die Klimaanlage war unangenehm kalt eingestellt. Und das amerikanische Frühstück kann ich wirklich niemandem empfehlen.

They locked us out before checkout time. And it was not technical error, it happened to many customers as we observed. Also Internet was 10mbps ...you kidding when we experience 300mbps or higher at other places and on top of it, you need to view a video to get Connected to the hotel wifi..bullshit...breakfast ran out under their inventory stock on first day of week and attended simply said "no more in stock"...wont recommend.

L’hôtel n’est pas propre, le tapis de la chambre est très salle au bout de 15 secondes après que mon enfant a mis les pieds sur le tapis les chaussettes blanches sont devenus noirs de la saleté. Ça sent l’humidité et les animaux très fort. Nous avons été blessés plusieurs fois avec les bordes du sommiers qui sortent.
