Need to do a massive bug bombing before I’d ever consider staying again

Location was nice

Cons:

We had close to a thousand ants in our room which got all over my kids clothes we had to move rooms due to it and bag up a majority of my kids clothes

I would stay again if I had business in that area.
Pros:

Air quality in the room. It smelled clean. Bedding smelled clean, fresh. Room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was way disappointing in quality compared to some others at a lesser price point.
An extra blanket in the closet would have been nice and is common at many places.

We had a comfortable, affordable, and enjoyable trip.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Pool was warm and not too busy

Cons:

The hot tub was gone. The pool area needs repairs, our room had no window screen and opened all the way, we were on third floor.

It was nice to have a sitting area so we didn't always have to sit on the beds.

Cons:

The shower was awful. It leaked so the water came out by the wall and sprayed in unexpected places. There were no drawers or anyplace to put anything away and no holder for the suitcases.

Housekeeping needs improvement

The location. The cookies at night

Cons:

Arriving to my room. When i entered the room the first thing i noticed was when i turned on the lights they had very dim light bulbs. Could barely see. The room was pleasant at first glance. When i entered the bathroom i noticed the floor was filthy. I wouldnt take my shoes off. There was tooth paste on the counter. At breakfast the oj was watered down. They had ran out of waffle mix at 8:15 and said they didnt have any more. I went to the pool area where they had cemented in where the hot tub was. The exercise equipment was totally out if date and the light was burnt out in the sauna. There was never nobody at the ftont desk. They didnt fill the water container in the lobby everyday. I asked the housekeeper to replace my towels for that day and clean the bathroom floor. She didnt clean the bathroom floor. She never gave me clean towels ever again. She never entered the room the rest of the time i stayed there. The bath tub was slippery and had no rubber bath mat. The outside of the property was emaculant the inside was a little ran down and not very well kept. House keeping needs improvement!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was decent, about what you would expect for a continental breakfast at a Comfort Suites. Staff was friendly, though there was rarely anyone at the front desk to assist when we needed it. They do have a sauna.

Cons:

We didn't get our room cleaned once in the 5 night/4 day trip we were at the place, not by our choice either, so that was annoying. I'm definitely used to an every other day cleaning schedule on longer trips. There is no hot tub at the location any longer.
