There was no refrigerator in the room, no bath towels. Had to ask for them. Only received 1 towel. The staff said they were short
Charging the parking now. The room appeared that it was not cleaned.
The elevator was not working on Thursday afternoon through Friday when I checked out.

They charged us $10 for the parking spot , I es not expecting that, i should be notified before booking, i don’t think i m going to stay there again if they charge for parking and I will find another second or third party to book or I will call direct tho hotel.

location close to my destination and close to food and shoping.
It seems like every time I stay here the security deposit charge is very dificult to unerstand! I alays take out my trash when I leave or turn in my key for checkout but I some how endup with a charge on my security deposit, I just don't understand how or who checks the rooms and determins who or how much to charge. I oractically leave the room they wayit was given to me at check in with the exeption of not doing the bed yet I still manage to get charged! This is very frustrating and disappointing!!
Rooms were really nice & clean. AC unit kept us up, as every time it kicked on and extremely loud. Pool and Hot tub area was nice.
Continental breakfast was so/so. There was no coffee when we went down, so we actually left and got breakfast elsewhere.
This location is horrible. I have stayed at many other LaQuintas and this one is in a unsafe location, under staffed and dirty. It took 30 minutes to check in due to lack of staffing. Once in my room the floor was dirty and stained. I pulled back the sheets and found the linen was dirty. I immediately called an Uber and left. I was in the room less then 10 minutes.
Easy to access
Paid $200 for the Room. I had to pay to park there and the main reason I chose here was the Breakfast for my kids and it was closed and not servicing anything. No cereal, or anytime. They say there was an emergency in the kitchen BUT I overheard an employee say they just didn't want to open it

Bed linen and towels were a bit damp
The location was great. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful during our check in. There was complimentary breakfast, swimming pool and a laundry facility, so that was nice.
The room itself didnt feel clean. There was a food wrapper stuck to the wall and the floors felt dirty. Also, had to go downstairs for towels because there were none in the room. The shower curtain didnt close right, so water got all over the floor. I would stay again, but would definitely mention to the front desk about switching rooms.
For two adults. One coffee cup. Two hand towels, no bath towels. Noisy plumbing. Putty oozing from shower flange. Bed was ok.
