Clean rooms, good location
Pros:

Plenty of seating for breakfast, good selection. We liked that the pool was open early in the morning, so we could swim before check-out. Great location, close to lots of shopping and good restaurants! Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Cons:

The ac in one room was broken, but we just opened the window and it was fine.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Information on the site was totally different when you get to the hotel. Ridiculous prices not disclosed in app or reservation. No help at the front deck. Then when the front desk person came she never she hello Hi can I help you. Nothing. There was one lady running around like crazy trying to do everything she could.barhroom had BM all around the rim.No paper. I called and notified the hotel that I wound be there early to see if there would be a problem. She stated to me that it would be no problem and my room would be ready when I got there. The lady at the front desk stated to me that they gave my room away to someone else and I would have to wait until til maybe noon and it was 6am in the morning..that I would have to pay $75 early to check in fee. Thus a pet fee of $30 a night. When the site stated that there would not be a fee unless the pet left a message. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HIDDEN FEES, DIRTY, I canceled and stayed in a better place that got me in right away..

Probably wouldn’t stay there again

Easy access to where our event was

Cons:

It was not very clean. Elevators were dirty and didn’t smell good at all! Carpets were dirty!

I would have liked it much better if the hotel had been properly staffed.
Pros:

The room that you go have breakfast was grossly crowded. The elevator was VERY slow. The first morning I tried to get into the breakfast room but only came out with 5 sausages because the room was grossly crowded. I took my sausages and went out to the lobby. While sitting in the lobby many guests came up to the desk and requested towels. A housekeeper was running the desk because the desk clerk was out taking people to the airport in the shuttle. The housekeeping staff brought out the laundry to take upstairs further delaying the elevator for guests. While the staff waited for the elevator they draped their bodies over the uncovered linen like they were completely exhausted. The front desk became deserted while several people tried to check out, get towels or other supplies or schedule a ride to the airport in the shuttle.

my kid got some BBQ sauce on 1 wash rag and they charged my card $250 and when I checked into the room they said they would charge a $75 fully refundable deposit as long as nothing is broken stolen or damaged.when I called them they were super rude and refuse to let me talk to a manager..

A very dissapointing stay, will be my last.
Pros:

Dirty halls and stairway, windows never washed, no local channels on tv. Had to move tv and stand to plug in microwave. Had to unplug alarm clock after going off in middle of the night.
