Acceptable
Pros:

Clean, close to Hershey Theater.

Cons:

Staff not friendly. Charged twice for one night and staff not helpful in resolving issue. Need to have more Handicapped parking near entrance.

Pros:

The dog friendly atmosphere and the breakfast was good! Also we went to a concert at the giant center and it was the perfect location to stay at! Just a couple minute drive to the arena. It was so convenient for us!

There were updates, especially to the main floor.
Liked the courtyard outside the breakfast room.
Breakfast was good. Like the “real” potatoes.
Pillows were great, bed was good.

Cons:

In our room on the 3rd floor, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and it also was dirty! That is not welcoming. Having a dirty floor takes away from everything else. It appears there are carpet squares, and they could be replaced in #344.

Nice hotel, services not clearly stated, price is a little too high for the quality of stay.
Pros:

Property was nice. Courtyard etc comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, not in the top tier of places I have stayed.
Turn down service/ housekeeping only came by on 3rd day. Should have been told that at check in.

The staff was more than helpful. They made the hotel wonderful.

Great service but bed needs to be replaced and kids controlled.

The service was great and the location is perfect. Had a great time.

Cons:

Kids were running up and down halls knocking on doors and yelling sporadically until around 10pm. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Very enjoyable. Brandon made it easy and exceptional
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. I wish we stayed longer to use the amenities. The staff was superb, especially Brandon! He was attentive and his service went above and beyond! He made it a great experience. We would definitely stay again.
