Not so great.
Pros:

Breakfast was reasonable if you showed up to the early hours, if you showed between 0900 am to 1000 am you were left with nothing, very bad for hotel image.I didn't like the dirty carpet in the room, didn't like the pool smelling so much chlorine that you almost pass out, and the every other day room service.

Cons:

The wifi service kept having breaks. Very frustrating especially when working on a project.

Staff was great. Close to Hershey park. Good for a one night stay.

Cons:

Needs updating. Carpets have stains. Bathroom ceiling looks like it was patched by a child. Shower was not ideal.

Room was run down and floors dirty. My son's feet were literally black from the carpet. Bedding looked old, standard pillows on king sized bed. Pool area was gross. Dark hallways

Excellent accommodations, would definitely stay here again!!!
Pros:

Very comfortable in the lobby. Great selection for breakfast and clean. Comfortable bed and air conditioning worked great. Brandon was great at the front desk.

The staff were incredible . The location to the park you can’t beat it. The continental breakfast was superb.

The parking is dicey. The rooms are dingy from overuse and the beds aren’t super comfortable.

Wonderful Inn convenient to everything very hospitable!!!!
Pros:

The room we had a suite with a king size bad, and it was very comfortable. I had almost everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. We had a couple of items that were broken, but they’re very good about fixing things right away. The hospitality is excellent there love that. employees are very friendly and the customer service wasexcellent. easy access to the attractions that we were going to the concert. Roadways were simple to maneuver beautiful downtown Hershey.

only a two day stay we enjoyed everything
