The hotel was in a great location for going to the beach
The floor I stayed on had a bad sewage smell in the hallway due to a room that had a plumbing issue other then that everything was good.

Someone tried to break into my car (lubricant was found on my front passenger door handle which is used to shimmy open doors/windows). Cost was high for location. You have to pay for parking. This location hosts random events in the downstairs lobby, ballroom, and bar, which were loud and unpleasant to the paying guests.
We stayed at this hotel for our family reunion. My husband and I enjoyed the hotel overall. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The shuttle to the boardwalk was a nice experience. My opinion is the restaurant needs improvement in service. We dined there the evening we arrived. I was disappointed the food we were served was warm, not hot as it should have been. After dinner asked for coffee and was told there was none as they would have to brew a large pot. What restaurant doesn't have coffee? It appears to be short staffed some days. I observed one person taking care of the bar, taking and placing orders; which slows service to other patrons. Our stay was four days but had housekeeping one day near the end of our stay. I did bring this to the attention of the front desk.
Found black mold in my bathroom the morning i was checking out. Hotel never replied to me about it
Front desk employee Shay was very rude. I Asked her a simple question about when a blanket would arrive to my room and she was very short and rude. They didn’t have cookies when we checked in and they said we could get them later so the next day when we checked out, we asked her for one cookie and-she said we couldn’t have it because we were already checked out. We Ran out of toilet paper in our room quickly as they left only a portion of a roll and no extra in the room and had to go search for someone to get more. The location is good and I think over all had a good experience but Shay shouldn’t be a person that greets people and is supposed to be nice because she isn’t. Also door key pad wouldn’t work upon check in and had to make three seperate trips to front desk and eventually wait for maintenance to repair it. Family visiting from Oklahoma.

We pay for breakfast buffets,Not available,Staff given only one option for breakfast and only one drink allowed,The server serves as Sunday breakfast very unprofessional,Disrespectful to customers,shouting when you ask her a question.Laundry washer not working after you payed then they stated call to the third party it’s not owned by the hotel to refund our money.Back door Not access for handicap. Very old AC system,Loud sound,No microwave .
Toilet flushed great. Good water pressure in sink.
Shower was very weak, curtain didn't cover well. Difficult to shower properly.
Pillows were not supportive for decent night sleep.

The room was never cleaned properly . The bathroom curtain was dirty. The duvet covers were dirty.
This place was extremely underwhelming and dirty. It was dingy, no air conditioning throughout the entire hotel and it reeked of marijuana. I am really disappointed and would never stay here again.
