The staff was extremely unwelcoming to me and treated me as if I was dumb when I was asking about pricing and fees. The shower floor had some type of dirt or residue from the people before us which was a little unsettling, there was also a bug in the bathroom

Very disappointing experience. From check-in to check-out, the level of hospitality and customer service fell far below expectations.
The reception staff were neither welcoming nor informative. As first-time visitors to the area, we were not given any information about the hotel's amenities, breakfast arrangements, or even directions to the elevators. We were left to figure everything out ourselves. At check-out, no one asked about our stay or showed any interest in guest feedback.
The breakfast experience was equally confusing, as the staff seemed unfamiliar with the breakfast inclusion attached to our booking. Simple requests, such as obtaining a sewing kit, were handled without basic courtesy or professionalism.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. On the second day, the bed was left undone, a used towel was placed back with the clean towels, and basic amenities such as bottled water and toiletry kits were not replenished.
Having worked in the hospitality industry and coming from a family of hoteliers, I understand the importance of making guests feel welcome, valued, and cared for. Unfortunately, this stay lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and service standards that define true hospitality.

Everything. No breakfast, had to pay for parking, pool was dirty, shower was small and water pressure was so bad . Hallways smelled , not a very clean hotel at all. No free coffee . I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel

Everything was good up until we found a cockroach in the hallway and then started reevaluating our choices. For the price, we would expect better. There were definitely less expensive options in the area that we overlooked because we have stayed here multiple times. The very large group that we travel with may reconsider other options next time

18 dollars for breakfast which is free everywhere else. Lack of coffee. Elevators need servicing

The parking is a joke, no free coffee, bathrooms are super small . The hotel in general needs a lot of work. Location isn’t the best. The pool wasn’t open when we arrived. Then when they did open it , it was freezing and it was not well maintained

The pool was unavailable till the last day but nitetime

Upon arrival, we were told the pool was closed, no notice of this before hand. It was reopened Saturday and the water was disgusting. It was green and cloudy. The bathroom door in our room was broken and my child got stuck in the bathroom. There was a huge water leak all three days that we have been here in the hallway outside of our room. The floor was so wet our feet were getting wet through our shoes. The hallway smelt terrible!!!! Also, the lady Brittany who works at the front desk in the evening is not very pleasant and quite snippy. Dayshift staff was great, very kind and helpful.
