Highly recommended
Pros:

It's a beautiful hotel with a great, friendly and professional staff. The interior is clean and modern; spacious room. The location is very convenient when using public transport but also walking distance to the city attractions.
We had a great stay and wish to visit again in the future.

فندق ممتاز في منطقة هادئة وراقية في ميلان An excellent hotel in a quiet and upscale area of ​​Milan

الفندق رائع كموقع بقربة من منطقة بياتزا غايه أولينتي الحديثة جداً في ميلانوا وتتضمن مطاعم و سوبرماركت و كافيهات ، كما يتضمن الفندق مواقف سيارات أمنة جداً و مساحة الغرفة ممتازة تحتوي على كل الخدمات المطلوبة كذلك مساحة الحمام جيدة جداً و اطلالة الغرفة على الشارع جميلة ، لم اجرب الفطور لكني رأيت ان مساحة المطعم صغيرة نسبياً كذلك اللوبي .
شكر خاص للموظف محمد مصري الجنسية على تعاونة ومساعدته في نقل الحقائب وفتح مرآب السيارات .

The hotel is fantastic in its location near the very modern Piazza Gaia Olienti in Milan, which includes restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. The hotel also offers very secure parking, and the room is excellent, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is also very spacious, and the view of the street from the room is lovely. I didn't try the breakfast, but I found the restaurant and lobby to be relatively small.

Special thanks to the Egyptian employee, Mohammed, for his cooperation and assistance with carrying luggage and opening the parking garage

لم يعجبني عدم توفر مكواية في الغرفه مع وجود غرفة في بدروم الفندق مخصصة لكي الملابس واعتقد ان ذلك يمكن توقعه في فنادق ثلاث نجوم أو أقل ولكن كفندق ٤ نجوم المفترض توفير الكواية عند الطلب في الغرفة ، كذلك موقف السيارات يجب عليك المرور على اللوبي لاخبارهم بقدومك او خروجك لإرسال شخص ليقوم بفتح بوابة الكراج ، يجب ايجاد حل اليكتروني لهذه العملية بحيث تفتح البوابة ببطاقة الغرفة مثلاً او توفير وسيلة اتصال .

I didn't like the lack of an iron in the room, even though there is a room in the hotel basement designated for ironing clothes. I think this is to be expected in three-star hotels or less, but as a four-star hotel, the iron should be provided upon request in the room. Also, regarding the parking, you have to go through the lobby to inform them of your arrival or departure so that someone can be sent to open the garage gate. An electronic solution should be found for this process, such as opening the gate with the room card, for example, or providing a means of communication.

I’ve booked breakfast room with breakfast…since I arrived late and specifically asked reception regarding breakfast and in the morning staff said I do not have breakfast included. Very disappointed that they didn’t even offer me any solution just thanks and have a nice day.
