An excellent hotel with warm staff — let down slightly by the mattress and a slow response on lost property.

Two things.

The mattress was springy and not comfortable — for a hotel of this level, I expected better.

And after checkout I contacted the hotel about an item I had left in room 404. The reply was slow, and the following day I still had no confirmation of whether it had been found. For guests who are travelling onward, lost property needs a faster answer than that.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Room and bathroom were spacious, breakfast was good, but very busy so going earlier was best. Hotel not far from Brera, where we eat and shopped most days. We did stay in Milano for the F1, which meant the hotel was more costly than normal. Hotel was under construction at the time of stay, but it didn’t impact us much.

Cons:

Hotel was very busy for F1, which meant there were long waits for any service or assistance. Room service didn’t replenish tea bags daily, so we had to ask each night for tea bags.

- úschovňa batožiny v cene ubytovanie (nemuseli sme riešiť nič separátne).

Cons:

- na izbe bolo celkom zima s tým, že klimatizácie nešla veľmi regulovať;
- dvere na izbe nešli zamknúť zvnútra;
- v kúpeľni pretekala sprcha.

Amazing location, amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, making sure we had a comfortable stay and were very polite and welcoming.

Cons:

No smart tv facilities but not a deal breaker.
