Pros:

Établissement non compréhensible au niveau des besoins de ses clients. Ne sont pas du tout arrangeant et préfèrent prendre votre argent sans vous assister en cas de besoin. Je be recommande pas, des hôtels avec des gens plus humains existent et qui vous accueille beaucoup mieux pour moins cher.

Çok temiz ve geniş odalar, çalışanlar güler yüzlü, yardımsever. Beklediğimizden daha iyi.

Cons:

Odalarda su ısıtıcı yok, istediğimizde otelde olmadığını fakat istediğimiz zaman restorant bölümünden sıcak su isteyebileceğimizi belirttiler. Su ısıtıcı olmalıydı. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için.

It was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel makes us to feel welcome.It was a good location, comfy room, extra services. A good staff and the food was excellent. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the view there was amazing . I like it to visit again.

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer Sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Der Wasserdruck in den Duschen ist einwenig schwach aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
