El check in es terrible , no pude realizar el check. Out y m que querían penalizar, habiendo avisado, no te cogen el teléfono… un horror. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Perdimos el tlf intentamos concertar con alguien para abrir las puertas, ya q todo es informatico y nos fue completamente imposible, a punto de pasar la noche en la calle sin tener acceso a nuestras pertenecencias y demas, gracias q otro usuario nos dejo el tlf y pudimos meter nuestro correo electrónico.... una experiencia para no repetir.
Deberian de facilitar las claves pin de la entrada y las lleves q hay en la entrada de las habitaciones...

Nunca pude contactar con ninguno d atencion al cliente, estaban ocupados las muchas veces que llamé, solo la de limpieza y no pudo atenderme, ni aclarar mi duda, fueron 4 noches y nunca cambiaron toallas, ni papel sanitario, etc...

Es un poco elevado el costo de la noche para lo que ofrece el hotel

Limpieza ,un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar

Habitacion muy pequeña sin televisión aíre acondicionado muy fuerte y frío las habitaciones parecen mucho más confortables en la publicidad en la realidad no son tan lindas, en la noche no había luz ni en la habitación ni en los pasillos ni tampoco en el baño al parecer alguien había intervenido los tacos de la luz
