Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot thank the team enough for their kindness and outstanding hospitality.

What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. We encountered an issue that was not related to the hotel at all, yet they went above and beyond to assist us. They took the time to help resolve the problem and continued communicating with us even after we had returned to our home country, following up until everything was completely sorted out. The hotel itself was spotless, the location was absolutely perfect, and every member of the staff treated us with genuine warmth and respect throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Seoul. It is truly outstanding in every way, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. ✨

Good hotel but sauna not open-reconsider if this is important
Pros:

Overall it’s a good hotel with some major caveats. Going to Korea where sauna culture is a big draw the sauna at the hotel was a major favor in booking. Lots of similar priced hotels have saunas. However we learned upon check in that the sauna was closed for repairs. A local friend said that it’s been closed for many months. It’s misleading that they don’t tell customers about this missing amenity until you arrive. We would have chosen a different hotel for a similar price.

Decent priced hotel.
Pros:

Loved the room, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and smelt nice.

Cons:

The location was a little difficult and resulted in requesting taxi to get to and from places. Closest train station was roughly 10-17mins walk. The room was nice but some areas the wallpaper was peeling off.

Very clean and spacious

Cons:

Gap at the door made all noise come into the room. You can hear guests come back at 2 am loudly and then housekeeping at 7 am. However after purchasing some earplugs the noise was more bearable.
