Fiyata göre beklentimi karşılamadı.
Pros:

Tesisin konumu kilyos merkezde. Odadan havuza ulaşım çok rahat. Temizlik iyi. Kahvaltı yeterli idi.

Cons:

Havuz çok küçük. Havuzda içecek sınırlı yiyecekler kalitesiz. Patates kızartmasından küf kokusu geliyordu. Yataklar küçük ve rahat değil.

Amazing, clean, delightful hotel with delicious breakfast and kind staff

Everyone who works here is SO lovely and kind. Our room was beautiful, with everything we needed, and a private balcony. The breakfast was delicious.

Stosunek do ceny kiepski . Sam w sobie zdjęcia nie dostosowane do stanu jaki rzeczywiście jest . Nie mniej jednak daje 6/10

Pros:

I can absolutely recommend this hotel to any guest because of its great customer service. Nice updated rooms with clean new linen. Very good breakfast with hot soup, eggs, potatoes, sausages, yogurt and some variety of fruits. Beautiful Black sea view from the windows of every room. Nice updated swimming pool area with clean chlorine free water. The server Maisa was so sweet and kind during our breakfasts. Special thanks to Talha for his great customer service. Also we like the manager of this hotel, he was very polite and kind. We felt ourselves like we came home. Thank you!

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like, property is located in 2 minutes from the beach. The water in Black sea was very clean.

Only one thing I want to pay attention to - people who were on the gate to the beach. They cheated us, took cash and didn’t give us tickets and we had to stay on the sand for couple hours the last day of our stay. A young man humiliated my 75-year-old mom by pointing out that she should sit on the sand, even though we had paid for it. We didn’t argue and my mom just left the beach. Those people don’t have to work there. The board of Kilyos township has to pay attention to this because a lot of tourists from the whole world visit this beach all the time. It’s a shame. Be careful if you stay there during the warm season.
But this absolutely (!) doesn’t have any attitude to the hotel. Hotel was excellent!

I stayed in Erzurumlu hotel for 3 nights with my teenage kids. It was a brilliant stay! We loved everything - the staff
Pros:

Great location, beautiful view, very friendly and truly helpful staff, good food in hotel restaurant, clean and well maintained rooms and lovely swimmingpool. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Все понравилось,кроме одного...

Cons:

Нам не вернули деньги за депозит.Мы оплатили высшее ,того что было на 100евро.Они должны были вернуться обратно после того,как мы съезжать с отеля.Деньги до сих пор не вернулись.

I and my family had a fantastic week at the hotel. The location is unbeatable, with everything within walking distance, and the highlight was definitely the breathtaking sea view. Every staff member was incredably friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to offer recommendations or assist with a smile.
