Pros:

La suite que nous avons choisi était parfaite ! Propre, confortable, tout était au rendez vous.

The staff was amazing. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Also the room was very clean and comfortable. And the location was perfect!

Exceptionally Lovely staff - great location
Pros:

The location is perfect next to Tống Duy Tân street with the great restaurants and cafes. The rooms are nice and very clean. The roof top bar and pool is fabulous. Breakfast is super extensive with fresh ingredients every morning.

However the thing that makes staying at the Soleil hotel special is the staff. They're so caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They made our stay in Hanoi a very special experience and we'll be staying there again on our next trip to Hanoi.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, Mega freundlich
Pros:

Tolle Lage nur etwa 3 Minuten von der berühmten Train Station entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer sauber und ruhig, das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Wir haben sogar die Möglichkeit das Late Check outs genutzt, so konnten wir bequem duschen, bevor es mit dem Zug weiterging. Der rooftop Pool ist wunderschön und bietet ein perfekte Möglichkeiten, den Trubel Hanois kurz zu entfliehen oder sich das ganze Treiben von oben anzuschauen.

Clean hotel, well located and great value. The bonus was the barman on the rooftop bar who was extremely helpful and good at his job

Pros:

Wir haben das gleiche Hotel zwei mal gebucht und würde es wieder buchen. Es ist sehr zentral im Old Quarter gelegen und trotzdem ist es sehr angenehm ruhig im Zimmer. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Tag hat uns ein frischer Obst-Teller erwartet :)

Great staff and location
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful.
Great location. Place was clean.

Cons:

The noise from outside. We stayed on the top floor with great views, but the windows are not double glazed, no soundproofing, so the constant cars and bike horn noise 24hrs was hard to sleep at night. Staff offered changing rooms to a lower floor but would be downgrading our views, so opted for ear plugs, which was a very slight improvement.
Also not sure why each time our room was cleaned, the power was turned off in the room, so would come back to a stuffy hot room and fridge contents warm.

Ein super tolles Hotel!
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt! Zimmer waren hell und sauber, die Betten waren eher schmal aber sehr bequem! Und das Personal war super freundlich!

Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel for the second time. Very polite and helpful staff. Good location, lots of restaurants. Next to the train street. Breakfast buffet had a good and fresh variety of food. If you’re tired and hot, you can refresh yourself in the rooftop pool with a beer or a cocktail.

Everithing was OK!
