Wir wohnten zwei Tage in der Suite mit Balkon und vier Tage in der mit Terrasse. Darum würde ich jedem empfehlen der zwischen diesen Alternativen schwankt, die mit Terrasse zu wählen. Der Aufpreis lohnt sich weil man mehr Platz hat und einen weitaus schöneren Blick in drei Richtungen. Nervig ist in der großen Suite, dass der Bad-/Toilettenbereich nicht vom Zimmer getrennt ist. Den Strassenlärm fanden wir in beiden Zimmern recht störend, und das obwohl wir schon die obersten Etagen bewohnten.
Dafür ist der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hervorragend. Es gibt sogar eine extra "Zufriedenheitsbeauftragte" die sich nach dem Wohl der Gäste erkundigt und sich jeder Kritik sofort annimmt.
Das Frühstück ist für Vietnam durchaus reichhaltig, vor allem das Obst ist sehr gut.
Wer gern nah am Trubel ist, wohnt hier richtig. Wer es lieber ruhiger hat sollte ein anderes Viertel wählen und nur bei Bedarf ins Old Quarter gehen. Das Hotel selbst ist aber empfehlenswert.
Der Straßenlärm der permanent zu hören ist. Schallschutzfenster wären sinnvoll.
Leider gibt es keinen Egg-Coffee und der "normale" Kaffee ist leicht gesüßt um Touristen nicht zu verschrecken. Erst auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen bekamen wir einen vietnamesischen Kaffee ohne Zucker.
Fantastisk beliggenhed, virkelig lækker roof top bar med pool og det sødeste personale. Vi havde en family suite - 2 værelse med en lille fordelingsgang, hvilket var perfekt for en familie med to børn, der var rigtig god plads. Super lækker morgenmad

Nothing to not like
A great hotel to stay in and very reasonably priced. It's a bit away from the centre of things like beer street but only a 15 minute walk to get there. that said, the area it's in is very active in itself. there's a great food street just a cross the road along with a couple of great cafes and a sports bar. The rooms and service were fantastic and the staff couldn't do enough for us.

I should have stayed longer
Honestly the most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, everything was so perfect. The rooms were beautiful, the food was amazing, but mostly the people who work there who were so incredibly kind and welcoming, especially with our kids. They went above and beyond to make our stay special.
Even on the day we checked out but we weren't leaving Hanoi until night time, they kindly let us stay and use the pool, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Every little detail was amazing, but it was the people who truly made this place unforgettable. We have stayed in some beautiful hotels, but this was honestly the best hotel experience we have ever had. We've just returned home from a month travelilng all over Vietnam, Cambodia and Taiwan, and I can 100% say that this was our favourite hotel of the trip.
Thank you for making our time in Hanoi so special. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would love to come back one day! ❤️
Great location, we had connecting rooms which was great for the children with their own bathroom. Rooms were well appointed and spacious and bathrooms were lovely. Breakfast was wonderful and the swim up bar and pool was an added bonus. Staff were all super friendly.
Only hint - take hair conditioner as bathrooms don’t have any!
