Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel for the second time. Very polite and helpful staff. Good location, lots of restaurants. Next to the train street. Breakfast buffet had a good and fresh variety of food. If you’re tired and hot, you can refresh yourself in the rooftop pool with a beer or a cocktail.

Cons:

Everithing was OK!

Il personale è gentile e disponibile, dopo aver segnalato la presenza di una persona celiaca ci hanno aiutato a ordinare la colazione senza glutin da una pasticceria della città. Alla fine ci hanno anche regalato il caffè salato come pensierino.

Cons:

Le lenzuola erano un po' macchiate per essere un hotel a 5 stelle

Prima Lage direkt an der Food Street. Schöner Pool und sehr sauber! Familienzimmer waren klasse 👍

Super easy to find! Welcoming and friendly staff. The room was spacious, tidy and felt luxurious. And a bonus was having streaming services on the TV. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure all was good with our stay.
Pros:

Great location with the amenities needed to be comfortable. Boutique style. Cara, Qua, Smyth were wonderful warm and gracious. Always helpful and easy to talk to. Stayed in family suite with connecting rooms. We are a family of 4 with 2 adult children. Excellent

Cons:

Our kids family room could have used a chair but that’s it.

Excellent hotel in the Old Quarter with exceptional staff that pay close attention to every detail. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. We loved their complete devotion to our needs. They took great care and pride with everything. Food breakfast buffet had a good and fresh variety of food.

Cons:

No chair in the room. But we were told we could have had one upon request.

للامانه سمعت انهم يطلبون من الساكن ان يعطيهم تقييم ممتاز ولكن لم ألاحظ هذا الشيء
مكان يستحق المصعد واحد فعلا ولكنه يفي بالغرض تماما
جميعهم ودودين من الاستقبال وحتى عاملة التنظيف
موقع متميز بالقرب من كل شيء تريده

Super Service, super Lage, super Hotel.
Pros:

Ich habe das Zimmer für ein älteres befreundetes Ehepaar gebucht. Sie sprechen kaum Englisch. Durch die tolle Zusammenarbeit mit Allie an der Rezeption konnten sie sich mühelos zurechtfinden. Allie hat für sie Touren und taxis gebucht. Danke für alles Allie. Wir waren im Januar in dem Hotel und es hat uns auch da super gefallen.
