Pros:

The hotel is small & we had a room with a city view which is really not that attractive.
Staff were helpful.
Good location but on a busy road.
Nice small rooftop pool with swim up pool which was fun.

Nice stay in Hanoi
Pros:

The front desk helped arranged an excursion for me. And the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had ever, someone makes the best banana bread and homemade yogurt I’ve ever eaten.

Perfect hotel to walk everywhere in Hanoi
Pros:

The staff were amazing, offering guidance and suggestions to help us enjoy Hanoi.
Clean, large rooms. Daily breakfast which was included, offered different tasty treats.
Rooftop pool was refreshing after a day of exploring and reasonable drinks from the swim up bar.
