Beautiful hotel, great location. Excellent staff.
Pros:

Breakfast on the terrace was excellent on a sunny morning

Cons:

In every hotel i ever go into there is never a gluten free biscuit. Not a biggy, I live in hope!

Perfect, I will def be back.
Pros:

The rooms were perfect, from lots of coffee and recent good magazines to read. bed super comfy and the option to sit in the garden was such a luxury. Staff were very helpful and location could not be better.

Cons:

Bathrooms and especially the shower very small, but you are in London!

£186 for a ‘cosy’ room. It was smaller than a broom cupboard. I had no option but to upgrade to a slightly larger room

Reception desk insistef to get our visa saying that room has mini bar . But we found nothing in the room, no mini bar

Pros:

I loved the style of the hotel. The staff were very attentive. The buttery next door, we found the staff serving in the restaurant attentive however when we sat outside, we waited awhile for service. My 2nd coffee I ordered did not arrive. I loved the steam iron and hairdryer. The air con was the best.

Cons:

The light under the door in the single rooms,especially the rooms at the top. The stairs were a nightmare to carry our heavy bags up. The flashing of the light of whatever flashes at the door in the room. Especially for summer, try get fridges in the rooms. They help for cold water and cooldrinks.The supermarket cooldrinks were warm so it would of been great and to keep ice trays in a freezer compartment. Also for the reception area to keep large jugs of ice water with fresh lemon and mint. Travellers are always thirsty apon arrival especially in summer.

Pros:

The decor and the theme of the hotel - not too big and great location

Cons:

The stairs are quite steep and it is difficult to carry a suitcase upstairs as there’s several floors and no lift

Cute good value hotel in a great location in London
Pros:

Great location. Rooms are small but well decorated.

Cons:

Narrow stairs hard to carry luggage up to third floor! No shower cap or body cream or cotton in the bathrooms. Water pressure wasn’t the best.

Tolles Ambiete und Wahnsinns Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, schönes Interieur.

Cons:

Die steile letzte Treppe ins 3. Stockwerk. Mit Gepäck etwas mühsam.
Zudem war eine Rezeptionistin ziemlich unfreundlich und schien keine Lust auf ihren Job zu haben.
