My first time at Radisson Blu
Pros:

It was my first time at Radisson Blu in Nairobi. Good experience overall. Nice hospitality starting from the security check when I got into the premises, down to the reception. Irene at the Reception desk was amazing and how she sorted out my booking issue.

John is a fantastic fellow, he smiled all through and helped to move my luggages from reception to my room and also while I checked out. Thanks John!

At the breakfast area, it was good however the waiters need to wear some smiles a bit more especially with someone who they are seeing for the first time. This makes such persons more comfortable.

L’emplacement à côté de l’arboretum

Cons:

Il manque des équipements pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, comme des pantoufles etc. Le personnel n’est pas trop à l’écoute, par exemple après avoir dîné à leur restaurant, il fallait tout de suite payer alors que ma carte de paiement était dans la chambre. Ils n’ont pas du tout accepté que je signe l’addition, il a fallu que je monte dans la chambre et revenir tout de suite pour payer.

Great stay
Pros:

Clear rooms, superb staff who did anything possible to help. Good choice of food, nice seating areas. Safe and secure location. Francis made our trip, he couldn’t have been more helpful for us- taking us round the city, finding spots for dinner, giving us information on the area and sights of Nairobi! He really made our stay perfect!

Cool calm and nice place but the issue of theft was unsolved by the hotel management.

My money was stolen. I forgot my envelope containing some dollars only in the room. After coming back from my training at around 3pm, only the find out that four pieces of 100 dollars denomination was removed from the envelope.

At that time for the first time, my room was not cleaned. Other two previous days before that time that I do return, I always find my room cleaned. Secondly, I saw them cleaning the other room 249 while jumping my own room of 247. I because suspicious that the essence of leaving my room uncleaned , is to give the impression that nobody has entered the room up till that time. But the CCTV actually confirmed that two of their staff entered my room from 9 am and another one too at around 10.30 am. I have reported the matter to the Kenyan police.

Wonderful services. My friend was celebrating her birthday and the reception from the hosts was amazing.
The food was brought in on time by Anne and it was delicious.
The drinks here are beautifully created.
Tried a new drink, David's creation, and I would highly recommend it.
