As an agency, we had an exceptional and seamless experience with Radisson Blu Arboretum. From the beautifully executed theme to the impeccable table and draping setup, every detail came together seamlessly to create an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere for our guests.

The ambience was particularly well curated, allowing our guests to enjoy the music, complemented by a selection of snacks and warm beverages that added a thoughtful touch, especially given the chilly weather.

What stood out most, however, was the outstanding service. We would especially like to commend **John Kagiri and Josephat Kagongo**, whose service delivery was truly exemplary. They were attentive, proactive, and remarkably perceptive to the needs and preferences of our guests throughout the experience. we checked in around 9 pm & left hotel by 10 am after breakfast
Breakfast was Sp made as per our request as we all were vegetarian

Cons:

We didn’t got time to move around but we will visit in near future again

Pros:

The room was very comfortable, cosy sheets and towels. The shower was excellent and the room was very spacious. Very accessible location, good parking. Front desk was accommodating.

Cons:

You need to have set up a credit line to have any add ons, basically no option of settling up at checkout. Newer staff need to undergo more training; too many basic mistakes. Too expensive, low value for money.

Parfait
Pros:

La qualité des des prestations, le professionnalisme des équipes, la situation

Cons:

Le restaurant, avec une décoration un peu simple. De plus lors de notre premier dîner nous avons dû manger dehors (malgré la température un peu fraîche) car des clients laissaient leurs 3 enfants courir et crier dans la salle sans que personne n'intervienne. Dommage !
