The safety and location of the hotel is excellent. Quite area with a park nearby to go for a run / walk. The room was very big and spacious. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Room amenities was great. With water / coffee etc everything you need. On site restaurant also had great service.

Everything and everyone was perfect.
They made my stay extremely comfortable.
Thanks to everyone. I’ve been to lot of hotels but the staff at this hotel was excellent. From reception to housekeeping who were even willing to clean my room twice a day to gate security who gave me a respect worth of a king to the reception staff. Everything was perfect. It was so perfect that I started looking for any fault but there was none. Thanks to everyone.
God Bless.
Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. this was our second stay.
Please install soap holders inside showers. our shower didnt have a soap holder, we had to put our soaps on the floor.

Nothing really
As an agency, we had an exceptional and seamless experience with Radisson Blu Arboretum. From the beautifully executed theme to the impeccable table and draping setup, every detail came together seamlessly to create an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere for our guests.
The ambience was particularly well curated, allowing our guests to enjoy the music, complemented by a selection of snacks and warm beverages that added a thoughtful touch, especially given the chilly weather.
What stood out most, however, was the outstanding service. We would especially like to commend **John Kagiri and Josephat Kagongo**, whose service delivery was truly exemplary. They were attentive, proactive, and remarkably perceptive to the needs and preferences of our guests throughout the experience. Their commitment to ensuring that every request was handled promptly and graciously was a tremendous plus for us as an agency.
Our sincere appreciation goes to the entire **Radisson Blu Arboretum team** for their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to creating such a memorable experience.
**Thank you for an exceptional partnership and for going above and beyond. It was truly appreciated!**
