Pros:

The room was amazing and the location was very good. It’s close to Toyosu Market, it’s right beside a convenience store, and walling distance to train stations.

We’d stay here again!!
Pros:

This was a wonderful location. We wanted to be close to MCAS where our son is a Marine. It was great.

Cons:

We lived everything about the property. Our only issue was that the beds were a bit hard.

Perfect for short term stay prior to our cruise.
Pros:

Location close to cruise terminal. Nice food market nearby with tons of eating options. Close to train stops. Loved the heated toilet seats!

Nice stay
Pros:

Good breakfast, queen size room clean and comfortable with a nice view over the city. Staff is very nice and they help out anytime.

Cons:

It’s a bit far from every destination that needs to be visited but the view compensates it. Also i don’t like the fact that were lots of Indians and they are extremely uneducated spilling and throwing food on the ground everywhere and coughing over the food. Staff should immediately take action in these cases!

Hotel pratique et confortable proche de Haneda
Pros:

Excellent emplacement proche des bus et du metro. Accueil parfait. Chambre spacieuse. Literie confortable. Wifi rapide. Petit déjeuner buffet européen et japonais copieux. Au calme. Proche de l’aéroport de Haneda.

外国人団体客用。ロビー臭すぎる！！

ロビーがホームレスのような匂いがしていて、朝食会場にも匂いが充満していて不快でした。ロビーのソファが臭いのでしょうか？

Anfang Gut, dann hat uns das Hotel bestohlen…
Pros:

Das Hotel war super auch von der Ausstattung und Aussicht, die Verbindungen waren alle in 500 meter erreichbar.

Cons:

Es wäre super gewesen doch an unserem Abreise Tag haben wir im Hotel eine Tüte im Zimmer vergessen, wo wir Anime Figuren drin hatten die wir uns in Akihabara gekauft haben. Es waren Zwei Figuren eine One Piece und eine von Naruto, beide hatten ein Wert von über 120000 Yen also um die 650€ Wert. Wir haben Sie aus Stress im Zimmer vergessen aber nach 45 Minuten ist uns es aufgefallen und sind zurück zum Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter Stellten fest es war eine Person in dieser Zeit in unserem Zimmer. Erst waren beide Figuren verschwunden doch dann gaben Sie uns die Eine Naruto Figur wieder. Zur Erklärung es war der 9 Schwänzige Fuchs also Naruto in kyuubi Form. Dort wurde ein Schwanz abgebrochen und wir wurden abgewimmelt das dieser schon davor abgebrochen war!!! der Schwanz fehlte dann auch komplett!Doch das Schlimme daran ist die andere Figur war einfach weg nicht mehr da! Und die Mitarbeiter wimmelten uns ab das diese Figur nicht diet war. Als würden Sie es wissen. Wir haben unsere Daten dirt gelassen und wurden dann einfach aus dem Hotel geschmissen, wir können nur noch zur Polizei bei weiteren anliegen. Also als Rat in diesem Hotel nichts wichtiges im Zimmer lassen oder Teures da die Mitarbeiter die Sachen einfach Klauen und damit durchkommen. So etwas hätte ich mir in Japan nicht vorgestellt. Wir sind zur Polizei um das anzuzeigen, aber ob das was bringt wer weis, wir hatten am selben Tag unseren Abreisetag also naja….
