Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah is a great hotel with clean rooms, a relaxed atmosphere, and outstanding service.
Reception staff, especially Viktoriya, were welcoming and helpful. Santos at the pool was always smiling, hardworking, and kept everything spotless. Teresa, Gamal and the bar/restaurant team provided attentive service without disturbing guests.
A special mention to the security team for their incredible help in finding a lost cellphone within one hour, even though it was lost outside the hotel. Truly impressive service. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. A special thanks to Faizan and Viktoriya at the front desk for their professionalism, warm welcome, and willingness to help throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet team also deserves special recognition for being attentive, friendly, and accommodating our special requests without any hesitation, which truly made our mornings enjoyable.

The bathrooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the half-open shower door design caused water to spill across the entire bathroom floor, creating a recurring mess and inconvenience. Improving this design would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

With a few improvements—particularly around the shower design—this hotel has the potential to deliver an even better experience.

We are experiencing a very good stay in Hyatt Place. The house keeping is very good. The rooms are kept very clean by Subhash and Subba.

The staff was amazing specially Hoi Misao and Amjad Mohammed and Anil and Zain and Abbas Ghulam and Aman Raj and Rio Bayu.
They were amazingly and they served us every day

A great hotel for a holiday in Dubai or even on a stopover for a few nights. Big and comfortable rooms, very helpful and serviceminded staff, great breakfast buffet, nice pool area and not too far from the airport, beaches and malls.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. I would especially like to mention Abram, who was at the front of the reception team. He was highly professional, very attentive, and shared a lot of helpful information during my stay. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

This hotel was a surprise, booked at the last minute, the staff and facilities are very very good.

It is further away from the top attractions but the hotel does its best to support its guests with free buses and taxis are easy to use when required.

The room was lovely and comfortable and the pool, breakfast and facilities were all great.

Location is easy to access, super market is walking distance, many choices of restaurants nearby. Cleaning service is excellent, Subash and Sobita are so diligent to clean our room

The staff could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Particular mention to Hoi, Rahul, Mamjud, Anil & Aman in the restaurant, The staff at the pool were incredibly welcoming and friendly too. Rooms were cleaned immaculately every day too! Security & front desk staff also went out of their way to help us without asking too!

Hotel is located in a great place, short taxi ride to the airport & even shorter to the metro stations if you need to get around the city. Beach within a short walk, or a free shuttle bus is provided.

Could not fault the hotel at all and will definitely be returning!

We had a homely room, everything was great to the lobby area staff to our stay was pleasent even the staff at breakfast but it was a massive let down the selection for breakfast that i didnt bother waking up for to eat as the food wasnt the best esp for dubai but the staff were lovely all were asians and south asian workers in dubai. I would definately recommend this hotel personally esp the room we stayed in. It has accomadated to alot of indians for diwali too. Which might be great to some people as they were hosting to them their space downstairs for party.
