Oda temiz ve konforluydu ancak ilk girişte sigara içilen oda isteyip istemediğimiz sorulmadı. Odaya çıktıktan sonra odanın sigara koktuğunu farkettik bu durum bizi rahatsız etti. Normal şartlarda bu bilginin resepsiyon görevlisi tarafından c/in işlemleri sırasında sorulması gerekirdi.
F&B departmanı karşılamada daha güleryüzlü ve misafirperver olabilirdi. Ayrıca kahvaltı da bazı ürünler bayat ve lezzetsizdi.
下午入住后午睡，竟然有员工试图入房间，好在有反锁。出错了不要紧，如果你承认并道歉处理就好。结果，我反馈到前台后，一直到我第二天离开，不要说道歉了，连一声回应都没有。
Good location, beautiful sight over the Van Lake and Suphan mountain. Had a suite room, spaceous, well furnished. A pity however that the balcony is not accessible. Nice breakfast.
The hotel is good. They could however make more out of the terrace.

Sehr schöner Blick von unserem Zimmer auf den Van-See! Sehr gepflegtes Ambiente, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Das Personal war überaus aufmerksam und freundlich. Es gab zudem Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Eingang.
We were very satisfied with the cleanliness, breakfast, and location of the Ramada by Wyndham Van during our 2-day stay. If we come to Van again, this will definitely be the place we choose to stay.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gute Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfreiches Personal, die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.
