Zweckmässig, bei mehr Sauberkeit aktzeptabel
Pros:

Bequeme Betten und dass wir früher ins Zimmer konnten. Gegen einen Aufpreis allerdings.

Cons:

Check in chaotisch, Geruch aus dem Klo, direkt beim reinkommen ins Zimmer. Fön und Mülleimerdeckel sehr dreckig, in die Ecken habe ich dann nicht geschaut....

Der Fernseher hatte super Ton, aber leider kein Bild - beim Check Out an der Rezeption gemeldet. Der Kollege hat sich für die Info bedankt und wollte sich gleich um die Fehlerbehebung kümmern. (Teilschuld beim Hotel - die Info hätte evtl. von einem anderen Gast schon kommen müssen) ... das Fenster war nicht geschlossen - habe ich morgens beim Lüften festgestellt .... und auf dem Zimmer standen 2 Gläser, die dazugehörige Wasserflasche, die auf den Zimmern meiner Kollegen stand, hat bei mir leider gefehlt

Better hygiene in the kitchen area and more food options needed
Pros:

Check-in process was efficient and straightforward. Breakfast buffet was good with various food options.

Cons:

We had hygiene concerns due to a lot of flies being present in the breakfast area. Because of this, we had breakfast elsewhere from our second morning onwards.
Unfortunately, the soap bottle in the room was empty and wasn't refilled even after the housekeeping cleaned the room on the 2nd day. We also didn't have any phone in the room which would have allowed us to communicate with the reception without having to go downstairs every time. Lack of the availability of food at the hotel was also quite inconvenient, although there was a pizza menu in the room, when we asked the receptionist they said that it was no longer available. I was also suprised to see that when we wanted to buy water, the receptionist charged us more when we told them that we were guests at the hotel. I would think that it should've been the opposite case.

Good potential but missing a few
Pros:

The place and furniture are well renewed and well maintained

Cons:

No option to open the window and have some fresh air. The only circulation of air is through the ventilator, which is not that good.
