Ordentliches Hotel, das aber nicht so sehr gepflegt wird.
Pros:

Klimaanlagen angenehm. Bad sauber, ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Betten verschieben sich, wenn man sich mal ruckartig auf die andere Seite dreht.
Wände sind dreckig, wirkt etwas ungepflegt.

Cons:

In den Fluren roch es sehr konisch, so nach einer Mischung aus Parfum und Insektizid. Die Fenster im Zimmer waren extrem schmutzig, dies kann aber auch an der nahegelegenen Baustelle liegen.

Recht ordentliches und modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage von Kronberg
Pros:

Die Lage und komfortable Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, aber okay. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren von der Sauberkeit her im Allgemeinen okay, im Detail gäbe es aber noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Our overall experience was good.
Pros:

The location near the train station, next to the Kronberg Academy and Casals Forum, and near the old town and the park is perfect, especially if your visit is for the music festival. The hotel is nicely designed and the atmosphere in pleasant. The breakfast and the dining room team were excellent.

Cons:

The room cleaning service was not good. During our long stay, room items such as tea and coffee, tissues, water etc. were not renewed, in spite of our several requests to do that. Only towels were replaced daily, but the room was not cleaned. Also, the TV did not work.
