Erg fijn hotel
Pros:

Prachtige, grote kamer, uitzicht op het historische plein en het kasteel, supervriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke bedden, erg schoon. Restaurant was goed en het ontbijtbuffet niet spectaculair maar prima.

Cons:

Best wat traplopen, geen airco, geen mogelijkheid om zelf koffie of thee te maken en een koelkastje was ook erg welkom geweest voor een verblijf van 1,5 week. Aan de klokken (elk kwartier vanaf 5 uur ‘s morgens) moesten we even wennen…

Pokój piękny, komunikacja bardzo trudna ze względu na brak znajomości języków obsługi.

Sam pokój był przepiękny, urządzony bardzo elegancko i stylowo.

Cons:

Z obsługą ciężko było się porozumieć i w języku angielskim i w języku niemieckim, dlatego próbowałam po polsku i dopiero wtedy byliśmy w stanie się w końcu porozumieć. Kiedy chcieliśmy skorzystać z restauracji, okazało się, że można było tam płacić dopiero gotówką. Żeby zaparkować, trzeba było zostawić kaucję (również w gotówce) za tzw. kartę miejską, ale dodatkowo trzeba było zapłacić za miejsce parkingowe. Kiedy zasięgałam informacji w restauracji obok, powiedziano nam, że z kartą miejską parking jest bezpłatny, dlatego czułam się trochę oszukana. Niestety, w hotelu nie dało się tego wyjaśnić ze względu na barierę językową.

Хотелось бы домашнего тепла а не злости

Центр города парковка прямо под окнами все достопримечательности рядом, вкусное пиво и пивоварня тоже в двух шагах

Заселение после 15.00 выселение до 10. 00 как хочешь. За парковку отдельно нужно платить хотя было написано что входит в стоимость , завтраки скромные очень ,всего один час с 9 строго до 10 часов . Персонал весь уставший и видят в тебе только деньги. Ночью не спали вообще все вокруг ходят кричат орут рядом паб был слышно каждый шаг соседа как в туалет пошел, какой у него стул жидкий или твердый кто чихнул, все слышно. В другой раз я бы не рекомендовал его никому. Рядом есть более приличные отели и цена такая же и ниже.
