Gorgeous room!! Amazing bartender! Valet was easy and super friendly! Will definitely be doing more date nights here!

While the staff was extremely friendly I found the accommodations less than described on photos. 1. The floors in the rooms are old concrete with clear coat. You can’t actually tell if it’s truly clean. Not very warm. The AC was extremely loud like an airplane and it went on and off all night. Hot when off. The hotel was a factory, then a museum now a hotel. The pictures in our room where ladies and faces blurred. The hotel gave ghost vibes. They suggested the green Beatle for casual bar dinner. The place is sooo old a decrepit. The meat on the steak sandwich was equally as old. The bartender very nice. I am 5 star hotel girly this didn’t come close

Arrive was a true gem! From the inviting scent that filled the air to the warm smiles of the staff, I felt right at home. Rich, the GM, was particularly impressive, and the decor was simply stunning. I could've moved in! The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, with luxurious products that added to the pampering experience. Hotel was also very clean And let's not forget happy hour, which featured scrumptious pizza 🍕 and a divine espresso martini!

Marvelous staff and experience. I love their mocktail and brunch selections but they also have another great diner a few blocks away.

The room was nice, although I'm not a big fan of concrete floors (can't really tell if they're clean or not) and so hard on feet! The location was perfect-just a short walk from Beale St. and museums. The parking situation is typical of a hotel in the city so be prepared to pay extra for valet parking or parking ramp.

A gorgeous, cool hotel that captures the flavor of its great city. Right across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum and an easy walk to Beale Street. Friendly staff, immaculately clean, comfy beds and quiet rooms. Loved everything about our stay and hope to return!

Excellent location, walking distance to the main attractions

My wife and I recently stayed at ARRIVE Memphis for a little downtown getaway, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.

The hotel has so much character—beautifully restored, stylish without feeling pretentious, and full of thoughtful details that make it feel both unique and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere struck the perfect balance between boutique charm and modern luxury.

What really made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. You can tell there’s a culture of taking pride in creating a great guest experience, and it shows.

The location is another huge plus. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, and attractions, making it the perfect home base for exploring downtown Memphis.

Whether you’re visiting Memphis for the first time or just looking for a relaxing staycation, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ARRIVE. We’ll definitely be back!

ARRIVE is in a great location if you’re looking for easy access to/from the highway, walking access to Beale Street, the Civil Rights Museum, the Lorraine Motel, etc. The hotel has a great vibe; it’s unique and interesting. Valets Kevin and Eugene were courteous and efficient and Danny was very helpful at check in. The room was very clean and efficient. Overall it was a great value for what we needed, a hotel in a good area that with easy access to local attractions and the highway.

We had a wonderful stay at ARRIVE Memphis. The hotel has a unique, stylish atmosphere with beautiful décor that blends modern comfort with historic charm. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore downtown Memphis.

Beautiful mix of vintage and modern features. Staff could not be nicer!! Comfortable bedding!! Breakfast was yummy!! Super cool place to stay! Loved the room!! The hallway was giving “The Shining” vibe which I loved. We will definitely stay here when visiting Memphis! Dog friendly!

We just got back home having done two nights here, and I have to say everything was great. The food was good, the room and location (literally across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum) was amazing. If I had one criticism, it's that the hotel has a trolley (bus) stop just in the front, and it costs cash to ride, and no one in the hotel or neighborhood I found can break a 20 for you to get money to ride.So definitely book a stay, but bring some singles with you.

Wonderful place to stay in Memphis located very central but quiet close to Beale Street! The hotel is very liveley with a cozy boutique style - living room entrance / lobby/ bar area ! Its all in once and very well furnished! Richi( GM) , Rich and his wonderful female colleague gave us a warm welcome and they have been always approachable and kind!
The rooms are very clean and an industrial style type of setup! We liked a lot and will come back for sure!
