Great overnight in Memphis
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was great. Creativity in design was fun. Reception was friendly. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Don't have anything - we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms better than The Peabody - despite the Peabody's tradition and beautiful public areas.

It’s was beautifully vintage. The room was gorgeous.

Cons:

Pricing was a little high. No complimentary “ANYTHING “ other than soap..HAD to use valet parking. Extra charges here and there.

Gem of a hotel💎
Pros:

Loved everything about our stay! Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location was incredible- right across the street from the National Civil Rights Museum. Also close to nightlife and Mississippi riverfront parks. Our room was beautiful.. large, comfortable, cool design with a spectacular city view. Hotel lobby has great atmosphere and decor….we enjoyed happy hour beverages and breakfast there. Nothing could have been better! Thanks to Rich and all the ARRIVE staff for making our Memphis stay such a memorable one! Will definitely return to ARRIVE…hopefully soon!

Pros:

A must visit when in Memphis. Great rooms, decor, clean, and well maintained. Great night sleep! So much personality in the product I failed to mention the service. From check in w/ Eileen, Richie the hotel General Manager manager, and a nice cocktail at Bar Hustle made this trip perfect. Eugene and Kevin were also great in valet greeting me on arrival and helping with doors and bags. See you again soon!

Pros:

My husband and I had a stopover in Memphis and stayed at ARRIVE. It was a very positive experience from the ease of check in to the location being about one mile from Beale Street. The lobby is inviting with a beautiful bar area with plenty of seating to enjoy a conversation or a nightcap before bedtime. The rooms hits the perfect note with modern furnishings and low noise levels so we could sleep in after a fun time the night before. We would seek out this brand again for our next adventure!

I loved the style, cleanliness, welcome at the front desk, vibe, area and so much more.
Pros:

I love the style, the location, the comfortable space. It was not too big or small.

Cons:

I loved everything about the property except the valet when I was arriving June 27, 2026 around 5 pm. He was very rude and I felt rushed. No sign of help or hospitality. Every time a car pulled up he would huff like “oh my gosh.”

Ich kam in das Zimmer und war begeistert. So ein außergewöhnlich toll eingerichtetes Hotelzimmer hatte ich noch nie. Sehr modern eingerichtet mit einer sehr großen Dusche. Es gab eine Musikbox, womit man sein Handy verbinden konnte. Es gab eine Minibar mit vielen Snacks.

Wonderful accommodations and decor — staff all very friendly and helpful. Was very impressed.
Pros:

No breakfast included. We did not eat there. We did have a drink for Happy Hour at the bar — it was a Friday evening and the bar was hopping!
