Pros:

汗だくで受け付けしてたら冷たいおしぼりをいただけた。
チェックイン対応の臨機応変さ
全体的に清潔で使いやすかった。

Cons:

壁に、前に宿泊していた方のハミガキ粉がピンピンとんでた。取れないのかな？と思って拭いてみたら取れたので拭き上げてきた。
ソファーのクッションの下から前回の人のビニール袋が出てきた。

Il doit y avoir bien mieux sur Kyoto, fuyez !

L’emplacement central proche du metro et du School Bus un café tres agreable

Publicité mensongère ! Obligée de contacter Booking qui n’a rien pu faire !!!!
Nous avions pris une chambre familiale pour 2 adultes 2 enfants, sur les photos de la chambre familiale les 4 lits sont faits or une fois sur place il faut payer un supplément pour avoir des draps dans les 2 autres lits. Pas de serviette de toilette, pas de draps alors que nous avions bien réservé pour 4 !!
Ils jouent sur les mots, ne veulent pas comprendre.
Et la propreté de la chambre. Ils se veulent defenseur de l’eco cleaning, il serait bien de faire le vrai menage un peu de temps en temps, il y avait des années de poussière sous les lits. La photo ne rend pas justice à la crise d’allergie que j’ai faite !

Great location, clean, and comfortable.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Rooms and hotel was clean. Bathroom was also clean. We had 2 adults and 2 teens in one room. We fit fine.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great. We could not eat much of it. The second day of our stay - we skipped the hotel breakfast. I recommend skipping breakfast here.
