Great hotel, poor cleaning practices
Pros:

Great location friendly staff room was nice

Cons:

The Eco cleaning bit they didn’t clean the toilet only change the towels when you pay that kind of money they should be cleaning everything properly, especially in the bathroom

I came for a conference and the room was enough for that.

I did not sleep well because of the noise of some machinery. Like air conditioning unit outside or something like this.

A Localização é excelente, pra quem gosta de caminhar a pé da para ir até o Nishiki Market em 18 minutos, tem um supermercado ao lado do Hotel, varios restaurantes!! O Quarto é pequeno mas o suficiente para tomar um bom banho e descansar depois de um dia inteiro de passeios !! Não reservei com café da manhã porque a 140m tem o Café School Buss que eu e minha filha adoramos, é um dos nossos preferidos em Kyoto !! Mas pude ver o refeitório e achei bem legal!! Na proxima vez vou reservar com café da manha!!

Hotelde, pazar günleri Miyama köyüne ücretsiz tur vardı. Ayrıca her gün Altın tapınak ve bambu ormanlarına ücretsiz servis var.

A warm, comfortable home away from home in a perfect location — I'll be back!
Pros:

This is already my second stay at this wonderful hotel, on account of an extended family matter.
The staff were very friendly and always accommodated my repeated requests to extend my stay, even allowing me to keep the same room throughout.
Cosy, clean room with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast buffet, especially if you enjoy a Japanese breakfast.
The location was perfect for me — just a few steps from the subway station, a large supermarket next door, and great restaurants and cafés nearby.
I will very happily return!
