Hôtel très confortable, bien situé, pratique pour se déplacer depuis Okachimachi
Pros:

Evaluation déjà faite : hôtel superbe et très bien situé dans un quartier très pratique et de Okachimachi proche des transports et de plusieurs lignes de métro et de la gare pour le train rapide vers les aéroports. Tout confort, petit déjeuner au dernier étage fabuleux

Hôtel superbe et pratique et à coût raisonnable pour Tokyo et pour y rester pour un séjour

Localisation parfaite, proximité des transports publics, accueil très sympathique, chambre très confortable, salle du petit-déjeuner en haut de l'hôtel avec vue magnifique sur Tokyo, service et richesse du buffet de petit-déjeuner fabuleux, gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel

Pros:

Très bon emplacement proche de Ueno. Pratique pour visiter Tokyo en famille. Super petit déjeuner avec vue sur Tokyo. La salle est accessible le soir pour prendre un verre offert avec magnifique vue sur la ville illuminée. Le personnel est prévenant et très aimable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel.

Cons:

Chambre trop petite, difficile de circuler à trois avec les valises. Mais pour nous cet aspect est largement compensé par tous les autres points positifs.

Great area, friendly staff, met all of our needs.
Pros:

We loved this place! Only wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived completely sleep deprived after a long flight, and the staff so kindly and patiently helped us with our luggage, room amenities, and attempts to communicate via Google Translate. We loved the area around Ueno. It was a great base of operations for newcomers to Tokyo! Literally thousands of restaurants and shops in every direction, and completely walkable. We enjoyed the free tea, ramen, and sake on the 14th floor in the evenings, with a view of the Skytree! That was one reason I ended up choosing this hotel, and it didn't disappoint!

Pros:

The hotel is right next to one of the entrances for Naka-Okachimachi Station and just a few minutes from the main Okachimachi station - really well connected for the main tourist sights. We had a great view of the Sky Tree from our window and also from breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast was great with lots of options and enough seating. We were told that the room was open as a bar in the evenings but we didn't go.

The room was compact but good with 3 single beds. The bathroom was well designed with a great shower and a Japanese style bath. Despite being right below the breakfast room and opposite the lift we didn't have any noise problems. Beds were comfortable and wifi worked well. We used the hotel coin laundry which worked well though the dryers took a long time.

Cons:

We ended up on floor 13 which is quite high up if you aren't used to that! It felt expensive but I think it was comparable to other hotels in the area.

Pros:

Great facilities and good location for transport to popular areas. It was nicely situated away from the super busy areas too. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. Buffet breakfast was great too!

Cons:

Room size was a bit small for western standards and we had to manoeuvre around our open suitcases. It was a good size compared to other hotels around Tokyo though.

Convenient and central to what we wanted to explore during our stay.
Pros:

The location is well suited for walking, and there are several cozy places to eat nearby. We ordered without including breakfast and instead looked around the area for places to eat and we're very happy with this. Ueno Park and Akihabara are just a short walk away, so the location is perfect for exploring those places, and a station for the Yamanote Line is nearby, so getting anywhere is very convenient.

Cons:

朝食時、窓からスカイツリーを見たかったのですが、日差しのことがありブラインドを閉めたのだとは思いましたが、もう少し見えても良かったのではないか、と思い少し残念でした。
夜景のスカイツリーは素晴らしかったです
