Ihan ok yhden yön majoitus
Pros:

Ilmainen, helppo pysäköinti talon alakerrassa. Hyvä sänky.

Cons:

Saamani ovikoodi ei toiminut enkä päässyt huoneeseeni. Soittoihin ja viestiin ei heti vastattu. Huoneeseen päästyäni siellä oli erittäin kuuma, koska aurinko paistoi ikkunaan ja verhot olivat auki. Ilmastointia ei ollut mutta onneksi edes tuuletin, joka auttoi vähän.

Kein Geld zurück bei vorriger Abreise!!!
Pros:

•Die Lage ist toll, und Liegt im Zentrum
•Darunter gibt's eine Bäckerei, gleich daneben auch eine Eisdiele. Gegenüber ist auch ein gutes Restaurant.
•Das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch..Vorallem im Winter.
•Das Zimmer Selbst ist sauber.
• Es gibt eine kleine Kochnische. Allerdings sind die Messer sehr stumpf und es gibt keinen Wetzstein.
•Praktisch ist auch die Waschgelegenheit..Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner.

Cons:

• Der Teppich im Flur ist sehr versüfft und weist große Flecjen auf.
Da verstehe ich nicht weshalb der Boden nicht so ausgeführt wurde wie in den Zimmern?
• Die Waschmaschine im 2. Stock war ausser Betrieb. Daher war die im 1. Stock ständig belegt, und man konnte teils nur nach Mitternacht Wäsche waschen.
Die Betten sind schief. Soll den Schlafkomfort verbessern. Allerdings rutscht die Matratze runter zu den Füssen, un Irgendwann liegt Ihr Kissen im Spalt zwischen Madratze und Kopfteil.
• VORSICHT!!! Wenn Sie vorher abreisen. Sie bekommen bei Vorrauszahlung kein Geld zurück. Da wird man ABGEZOCKT!
Früher war das nicht so 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Zugang bei der Anreise mit PIN in Tiefgarage und Zimmer ! Man kann unabhängig von Personal zu jeder Zeit anreisen!

Es besteht meiner Meinung nach etwas Verbesserungspotenzial, aber ich würde es weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Studio war grösser als erwartet. Schönes Bad. Ventilator war sehr willkommen, da gerade eine Hitzewelle herrschte. Bäckerei und Eisdiele in der gleichen Überbauung war sehr praktisch. Check-in hat tadellos funktioniert.

Cons:

Küchenaustattung war etwas spärlich. Ein Schälmesser fehlte und das vorhandene Rüstmesser taugte nichts (unscharf). Generelle Sauberkeit war knapp ok.

und die Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist sehr gelegen.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Flur ist ziemlich versüfft.

Es ist chick eingerichtet, ein großes Zimmer stand uns mit unseren 2 Hunden zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Weil es so warm war mussten wir über Nacht das Fenster offen lassen und Samstag Nacht war erheblich Lärm zu hören, zumal das Zimmer seitlich zur Straße lag.
