Best location, close to plaza del sol, gran via, Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spacious. The hotel is well maintained and everything was spotless. I will definitely come back.

The great location with good access to restraunts, public transport and the old part of the city. The staff were very helpful.
Habitación y amplitud en las habitaciones
Konumu harikaydı. Girişte kayıtta ki erkek çalışan otelle ilgili açıklayıcı bilgiler verdi. Sabah ücretsiz çay, kahve ve kek, akşam ise şarap ikramları vardı.
Üç kişi kaldık. Bir tane iki kişilik yatak bir tane de çekyat vardı. Çarşaflar lekeliydi ve nevresimler yorganı kapatmıyordu, açıktı. Tuvalet kağıtlığı kırıktı ve odalar çok küçüktü. Havlular kirliydi ve bize camı apartman boşluğuna bakan oda vermişlerdi. Sonuç olarak yatak, yorgan, havlu hijyeni çok düşüktü.

Towel in the bathroom were very old.
Fantastic location. Very nice apartment. I love that they have a front desk to help with taxi reservations and other questions. The wine in the evening is an added bonus.
Location was perfect. Staff was really polite and helpful. Mainly the maids who were cleaning our bedroom. We just stayed one night so worked fine for what we were looking for.
The price was a bit over what we expected, based on our previous stats in Madrid. Another recommendation to the hotel is, if possible, to setup an automatic welcome message to the guests informing the best way to get there. We arrived at the airport and received bad tips from locals and internet also gave me confusing instructions. I know it sounds silly but it would be quite helpful.

The smell was weird
La ubicacion es excelente, a media cuadra de una peatonal muy comercial. La cuadra es muy tranquila y el doble vidrio permite descansar por la noche. Balcon con vista a la calle en el dormitorio, La contra es que no tiene puerta la habitacion, perdiendo privacidad. Eramos 3 personas, el sofa del living se hace cama.

espacio reducido, pero con todo lo necesario, cocina chica pero suficiente para pocos dias.

El depto era comodo, tenia todo para una estancia agradable y estaba muy bien ubicado. Ademas el personal fue siempre muy atento y nos guardaron el equipaje antes en forma gratuita y luego por 3 euros cada valija
