Cons:

A small issue was the hand held shower part didn’t work properly it would not stay upright so you couldn’t debit to shower with, but the over head shower head did so not a major issue.

A great hotel with a great location.
Pros:

The location was incredible— close to many attractions in Madrid. It was very clean and they gave us some welcome snacks and coffee. The complimentary drinks and snacks downstairs were generous.

Cons:

It lacked many good windows with light. The windows that were there didn’t feel very private. The beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Hotel muy bien ubicado!
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal de la entrada es muy amable. Definitivamente me alojaría aquí denuevo.

Cons:

Las piezas son un poco pequeñas. El sillón cama es incomodo. Nuestra habitación daba a una construcción. El refrigerador era panelable, pero la puerta se habría alreves. Era una odisea guardar algo dentro.

The apartment was immaculately clean, and kept that way by the cleaners visiting every other way. The air conditioning was silent and worked brilliantly. The 24hr reception staff were friendly and helpful, the location was the best. The facilities in the apartment were as knew and everything we needed (e.g. iron and ironing board, toaster, coffee machine microwave, cutlery crockery, washing up provisions, toiletries) towels and bedding were good quality cotton and replaced with fresh at each clean. The roof terrace was a nice bonus, and somewhere to enjoy the complimentary evening glass of wine. Everything was brilliant.
