Family trip 4 days
Pros:

Pool and lobby area were enjoyable, the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the centre of town.

Pros:

整體公設非常的乾淨，店家的水是玻璃瓶裝，非常的用心、也很環保，而且需要的話自己索取很方便。
店家的零食吧也可以免費索取，房間整體也算是寬敞。
早餐選擇很多，也都很新鮮！

The 9 day stay was great! We were comfortable and well looked out for. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Cold bottle water was always available along with snacks and coffee. There was also a bottle refill station. The staff was all friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were also promptly cleaned when requested. It was a great stay!

Cons:

Everything was great! A few suggestions would include perhaps having a small dresser of drawers available to organize clothing. The clothes hanging bar was convenient. It would have also been handy to have a hand towel hanger by the sink. Lastly, toilet paper rolls instead of tissues would be nice in the future.

Pros:

Goede service en fijne ruime kamers. Daarbij ook heel fijn dat je continu koffie, thee, water en fruit kan pakken. Ook de wasmachines zijn gratis te gebruiken. Alle vragen werden meteen goed beantwoord de de medewerkers.

Agradable estancia
Pros:

Cafe y agua disponible todo el día. Desayuno tipo buffet. Un dia tuvimos que salir temprano para un tour y nos prepararon una cajita con el desayuno. La habitación buen tamaño y las camas comodas. Algo alejado del centro pero con Bolt enseguida llegas

Das Personal ist super freundlich, Lage etwas weiter weg, sieht auf den Bildern besser aus als in echt, aber ist ok für den Preis

A very good option with great rooms and breakfasts.
Pros:

This was our 4th or 5th stay at POR and we will return ... The breakfasts were as good as always, the complimentary juices and coffee very welcome.

Cons:

The staff, though good did not feel quite as proactive as previous years. I put this down to inexperienced staff, inadequate numbers and also some demanding, discourteous and chalenging guests.
